Victor hat mir sehr weitergeholfen. Er war sofort zur Stelle, als es zu Problemen in meinem neuen Shop kam. Es gab einen Bug, dass der Warenkorb nicht angezeigt wurde bzw. Upsell-Angebote nicht richtig getriggert haben. Er hat alles binnen 48 Stunden gefixt. Wirklich ein ganz toller Support. Tausend Dank auch dafür, dass es einen kostenlosen Plan mit allen Features gibt. Das hilft mir als Soloselbstständiger sehr weiter, weil es mir am Anfang einen finanziellen freien Spielraum gibt. Sollte es dann mal mehr als 50 Bestellungen im Monat werden, bin ich stolz darauf Victor und sein Team mit dieser tollen App finanziell supporten zu dürfen. Nochmals... 1000-fachen Dank! :).

A shopify em si sempre tem problemas de integração com apps, mas nesse caso eu entrei em contato com o suporte e resolveram todos os bugs de integração na hora. Essa postura é muito importante.
Nothing but great experiences with this app so far. I tried so many for our site and none fit the bill better than XB. Not only is the app super functional, but their customer service goes above and beyond to help you out. I recently needed help with removing a line of code from our site and Victor was able to help out and get it done in a matter of minutes!
I am not sure if the app is exactly what I need, but the support was fantastic. I had an issue with certain functionality and within minutes of starting the app support was in my store making the necessary adjustments. Friendly and fast to deal with.

Good & fast support! The app is a great add-on and definitely recommended. One point deducted because some minor features are still missing (e.g., different shopping carts for multiple countries). But I'm sure that will be fixed.

The app is incredibly good. You can customize almost every placement of your cart and in case you need a feature it's not included just reach to the support and they'll probably make it happen for you. Very good value per money.
