Customers can get in touch with us quickly letting us resolve issues promptly. We can also give them discounts because of problems or show products that may be a good substitute if they are dissatisfied with a purchase.

There's a reason why Judge.me is rated #1. Their reviewing platform is top notch, and what I really like is that they DO NOT mess with which reviews are displayed, but simultaneously CAN ONLY verify reviews, so it makes it where it's a joint effort to keep authenticity and transparency to the customer. When a customer clicks on the review, they're up front of the functionality the store has vs their role in reviewing, which just leads to increased sales due to growing an authentic audience. Their support team is also amazing. The four or five times I've reached out about different things (small questions, or problems we run into), the team was quick to answer and is always friendly! Never had anything go unsolved.
