My business has been a long time partner with SkyPilot for many years. I recently had an incident in file transfers where Shopify changed a handle, causing large amount of file disconnects. After reaching out to SkyPilot, they stepped right in to help me reset many download filing links so that my customers could continue having access to what they had digitally purchased. I love that I can stay up to date and informed when my customers need me. Shopify Inbox keeps my customers calm until I can get to their questions and they enjoy the easy use too. Because I have two Shopify shops with one being digital embroidery downloads and the other my stitched out hardline items, I can use the Buy Button to embed and offer stitched products from one store alongside the digital design at the other store, for those individuals who do not sew - but want the finished product. It works flawlessly for me and it also keeps the accounting separate for the two divisions under the parent company I own. A GREAT TOOL WITH BENEFITS.
