I rarely leave negative reviews, but after our experience I feel other merchants should be aware of the risks. A deployment made by Rebuy caused a critical issue on our Shopify store which prevented customers from accessing and using the cart. The issue effectively stopped customers from completing purchases and had a significant impact on our trading until it was identified and rolled back. To Rebuy's credit, their support team eventually acknowledged that the issue was related to an update released from their side and subsequently reverted the change. However, the incident should never have happened in the first place, particularly given that Rebuy was not even responsible for our cart functionality. What has been equally disappointing is the handling of the matter afterwards. The outage escalated internally to Board level due to the commercial impact on our business, yet resolving the issue required repeated chasing, long delays between responses, and multiple escalations to senior management. After weeks of discussions regarding compensation, Rebuy ultimately agreed to release us from our 36-month contract but offered no financial compensation for the disruption caused by an outage that they themselves acknowledged originated from a Rebuy deployment. The platform itself may work well for some merchants, but our experience exposed a concerning level of operational risk. Any third-party app capable of interfering with core checkout journeys should be subject to extremely rigorous testing before updates are pushed live. Based on our experience, I would urge merchants to carefully consider both the technical risks and the level of accountability they can expect if something goes wrong.

Fantastic testing tool, very intuitive and simple to run tests across the homepage, collection page, product page or even across a whole Shopify Theme. Life Assist for an extra small charge, also gives you access to pre-existing tried and test tests you can run on your site. Things like: Business Benefits Bar, Free shipping banner, hero offers. I would not hesitate in recommending Shoplift to any ecom business, superb!

Our Gorgias AI Agent had a query from a customer about whether the Primo Dolce close coupled WC has a gloss finish. Fantastic app to showcase our bathroom furniture. We were looking for some tech to show in 3D where a customer can chose a size and colour of vanity unit and then select a countertop basin to see how it looks on top of the vanity before they buy it. Maël and the guys took the challenge and I am delighted with the result. Pricing wise they were very reasonable and I would not hesitate in recommending them. Angle 3D are excellent!

Excellent support. Very quick response and the app is very easy to use. We use it to transfer Shopify orders to Xero for our B2B invoicing. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely superb company to deal with. We had an issue where data from Shopify was not coming Xero which meant we could not raise B2B invoice correctly. He was superb from start to finish, he quickly understood the issue we had, and took the problem away to see if he could find a solution. Fantastic addition to our website to allow B2B ordering. I am able to offer different trade discount rates to each customers very simply. It integrated very easily with Shopify and is a very to use. They’re always willing to listen to our feedback and put our ideas on their future roadmap. I would highly recommend SparkLayer if you need a B2B solution, and is a fraction of the cost of Shopify Plus and does so much more.
