AWESOME APP! I cant recommend this enough. Support was A++++. I had a bit of a complex setup needed and the support staff worked with my suppliers to get everything setup as needed. This has made my life and business 100% better!

Never updates promo codes, you have to delete the app and reinstall an that takes hours. Waste

Downloaded App to help with abandoned carts. Great App so far but the Customer Service is absolutely AWESOME! There is an instant chat feature to help you get set up and customize everything for you. Ross was stellar! Added and removed features I needed or didn't. A++++ just for this.
Great Loyalty app with excellent Customer Service! Highly Recommend! Lots of great features. Really helping with customer retention.

This is a terrible channel with an absolutely RIDICULOUS metric they use to determine your stores' "value". Example: someone steals a credit card and places an order on your site, **something you have absolutely NO CONTROL over**, then a month later the card owner disputes the charge, you pay 10% charge back fee, lose the product, and to add insult to injury, The ridiculous Channel decide to suspend you Shop account because you have a 1% chargeback rate. I would be embarrassed to represent such a practice.

Your customers will continue to be able to take advantage of order tracking, viewing recent orders and seeing the available contact information for your business. So far so good. I needed some assistance with my Google Merchant Center Setup and integration and the App Support was "Johnny on the spot" with help and assistance going above and beyond helping me understand the Google settings! Bottom line... awesome app and awesome customer service. Had a slight integration issue with my theme. Fixed incredibly quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!
