The app is very useful in highlighting things to customers. And their support is very responsive. I recommend them highly. Update in 2024 - They're quite responsive. ReConvert folks have been very patient with me as they explain the limitations of Shopify. Basically, if your customer pays in one currency but your default store currency is something else, Shopify has a limitation and won't trigger the post-purchase funnels. But ReConvert themselves have been very responsive and patient in explaining these limitations. I recommend their support.

Great app with a number of good features. The replay feature helps you correct issues with your website. Their support is great and responsive. The sun never sets on the Vitals empire. They're always available around the clock.

I've just installed the app. The Conversions API (CAPI) events show up reliably from the server. I also receive browser events. I can also add multiple pixels though on the basic plan only 1 pixel gets to receive CAPI events. Their support is responsive. You can assign pixels by product tags and not all tags were visible in their dashboard. They fixed it. So all in all a good experience so far. Thanks Omega!
