This app has helped us to share with our customers key data that is so hard to communicate in other way, even there are opportunities with it, the staff is always there to help. As a Shopify user, there´re many issues to work on (apps and others), so if when my template is updated I´m not able to just update the SmartApp or it happens automatically, then it´s not a good experience for me. By other hand I wanna say the app is great by the instance I´m at, but I´m looking for an app that enables me to display the impact of my products (socio environmental), I think the app could improve that, so more than happy to go further in details about this need, and I´m quite sure nowadays there´re many companies that could improve their businesses by displaying the benefits, impact and stories behind a product. The app is very useful in highlighting things to customers. And their support is very responsive. I recommend them highly. Update in 2024 - They're quite responsive. I had an issue and they fixed it right away. The integration code had gone missing. It must've been something I did when I duped a theme. But they fixed it quickly. Thanks! WOW! The app was installed over a year ago by a contract developer. When my theme was recently updated, it crashed the tables that were created on my product pages. I do not know how to code and was very worried about my capabilities to fix this so I sent an email to the app team. To my delight, they swiftly and professionally corrected the issue. This app did everything I needed - I wanted to add icons to every description to highlight important features and it looks so good and professional. The badges are also great and can be used for so many things, like highlighting a best seller or an item that is limited time. Customer Service was also amazing helping me add everything to my store! I wanted to give highlights to every feature of my products and it was really easy with SPD! They are very helpful and actually did the coding themselves. I wanted badges too and they gave me the same quick courteous support. I love my highlights and badges, they add a lot to the attractiveness of my products. [some years later] I am still happy and surprised by the quality and speed of the support this app gives - and so many new functions...!

I used this app to summarise the product description into a quick easy to read graphical illustration of the types of books I sell . . . and it worked a treat. Customers can now immediately check what they're looking at, I'm sure it'll lead to more sales. The result is very tidy and can be seen on any product page at www.campsiebooks.com. The placement of the box was organised very quickly and was exactly where I asked for it (and it must've been just a little tricky). Use your collections and tags to show each icon needed on each product page. We're happy you're pleased with the results and that we were able to help. I have trialed a few badge apps and this is by far the best. The support team are amazing and we're always happy to help me. You may need a little help from the developers to make it look and behave just right, but they are very quick and helpful and got me up and running within one biz day. This app covers pretty much everything in one app that many other apps are doing put together. I wish I could post the screenshot as proof. Our site www.henrybags.co.uk was doing ok. I knew there was something missing... it was the icons. Simply allowing people to visually see that we offered returns and free shipping was ok good, but now we can visually tell people model fitnent and also size etc. I imagine that there is a icon for any industry on this. I never failed to find the one that I needed. Easy to use? Yes... I’m an idiot.. and I managed without any support. So the final score? It’s only been a week but I have a 44% increase in sales, maybe it’s because it’s Xmas... no... I have careful monitored this.. my conversion of visitors to ales rate has increased by 2.2%... the only thing gay I have done is installed this app. My conversion rate is now at 8.8% Thank you so much and I can’t wait to add new icons to my up and coming items... items that we can afford to stick because of the increase in sales
I love this app! There are tons of choices for icons so you can make it fit your store aesthetic easily. When I was having trouble reinstalling the app, I reached out to support and they helped me that same day! Definitely recommend this app! 10/10 gets the job done for me.

It took me a while to find an app that does what I needed but this one works perfectly. I can add custom tags to all my products and use both my own icons as well as the icons provided by SMART PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. There's still a lot of features that can be added to this app, but for a start it's just perfect.
