Installed tidio for the second time. Its much easier to use now. First time it was 5 years ago. I need help to add products on AI but the name of the products are in portuguese, so im not sure if tido AI can answer questions in portuguese about the products I have on shopify.

I had used this app for almost 2 years. Everything seems working fine until i noticed that i had product expired that i was not able to delete the batch. Contact the support and for over 1 week they tried to fix the issue but then i got no answer and start noticing that i had other product with same issue. I have installed the app and now the expiration still showing on my store. I have contact support, again, and i hope they got back to me to remove all the codes. Expensive app that didnt work for my store! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you've experienced with our app. Our team had sent an access request to learn more about the issue and troubleshoot but it seems to still be in a pending state. It’s super important to us that we make things right for you. I’ll be keeping a close eye on your case and have reached out again.

super easy to install and customers always receive the review request emails in their inbox translated to portuguese from Brazil. nothing to complain, app is the best and easy to use.

I ship from US to Brazil, and tracking from brazilian correios can be confusing sometimes. I had some questions and Abby from customer support was awesome! he help me a lot to fix few issues on brazilian tracking number, making my customers understand better to track their orders and made my job much easier. App is easy to use and setup! Thank you ABBY and Tracktor!! Its worth every penny!

so far so good, just installed the app today and customer service was great. i use to track orders from correios on my store. little expensive the pro plan which has translation to portuguese from Brazil($99)

just started using today. will update this review later but yes, the templates are very basic as mentioned here by other reviews.
