Excellent app - would highly recommend!
After spending over $3500 CAD for this app, the second order that goes through didn't charge any tax or fees due to the customer using a discount code on my website. They said they would work on it and it has been almost a week, I can't ship the order for the customer and I can't make a new shipping label either as it is giving error messages.
This is a great app when everything is working the way it should. Labels are 20 times faster than doing them manually and it is easy to use. I had an issue with connection and although it took a while to fix through chat, Justin was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue.

Setting up had many steps, but the support desk had instant help available! Siddhartha walked me through everything that I need to get the connection to eBay going with my store and was knowledgable on all the different interactions that I have questions about. I had this app for a couple of years. It would intermittently stop working and would load and load and not put items in the cart. Contacted tech support and they weren’t able to help (took 2 weeks of going back and fourth with them). When it works it’s a great app but frustrating when it stops working Hi, Apologies that our team wasn't able to figure out what the issue is. The problem was that the add to cart button was working whenever we tried it out in your shop. But as we want to get to the bottom of this, we would very much like to get on a Zoom meeting with you so we can share our screens and see what is going on there so we can resolve the issue for your shop.
