Design Packs has been a game changer for my store. You are able to customize any section on your page by dragging and dropping any block. No need to hire a web developer anymore. Building a world class landing and product page is extremely easy now. Most importantly customer service is A+. Anne who is the cofounder of design packs personally answers and helps customers with their questions. I learned so much from her on how I could maximize Design Packs for my store. I am so happy to have found this app! Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review! They Steal Your Money - They Change their Pricing Policy to Gouge their Customers by going from emails sent to active profiles, raising prices by 2x to 10x - Despite committing to a plan, they will upgrade you without your consent and charge you

Thank you for your feedback. Klaviyo exists to help you to understand your customers and drive growth from those relationships. If you have profiles that you are not emailing, we highly recommend that you suppress them. You do not pay for suppressed profiles, but you maintain their data so you can understand the actions they have taken. A member of our support team has reached out to you regarding this situation and is eager to help you resolve it.
Support is very quick with getting back to you which is why I chose this app vs another competitor. The other competitor took two days to respond back and they are a much larger app as well. The product itself does everything you need it to do.

Support has been horrible, it has been over a week and nothing has been done to fix my issue. For a company that makes millions you would think they would have better support
