The Smile app is fantastic! - User friendly, and packed with incredible features and customization. The updates show that the developers are committed to improving the customer experience. We've utilized this app in our shop for a little over a year, and have seen positive ROI! We highly recommend enabling all of the apps features to maximize customer engagement. Smile's customer support has always been responsive, helpful, and friendly - nothing short of outstanding! Smile's help guides are very thorough and simple to navigate, which makes independent trouble-shooting easy to navigate. However, on a rare occasion when we find ourselves needing further assistance, their in-app support is tremendously helpful. We highly recommend the Smile app for your customer loyalty needs!

This app has been an amazing tool for increasing our email capturing efforts, and it easily integrates with our marketing app. It also helps our customers learn about our products, and make informed decisions with their purchases. This app is exactly what we were looking for! It has a clean, intuitive interface, and includes everything customers are looking for when purchasing a gift card. We're excited to finally have an option to allow our customers to schedule send + add custom messages. Incredibly easy to set up to match our store's current theme settings, but with options to customize if needed. Comprehensive and well-thought out features for an affordable and competitive price. The only feedback we have would be to include a language filter, but other than that we are very happy with the functionality. The Givy Team is extremely helpful and very responsive. We highly recommend using this app!
This app is amazing! Having the chat box option in our online store helps tremendously with automatically answering repetitive questions. We would love it if there was an option to embed URLs, as well as the ability to add images to replies. Hopefully, that upgrade will come soon!
