There are recurring inaccuracies in inventory syncing. We need to monitor them and use additional algorithms to correct them.

There is no option to select which warehouses to sync inventory from. As a result, inventory that is not actually in stock is being synced.

The worst application I have ever used. The support is just as useless. Product variations are only partially published, and support keeps sending irrelevant videos with settings that have absolutely nothing to do with the actual issue. I would never recommend bringing your customers to this platform. You’ll only embarrass yourself, and your customers will end up leaving for competitors with a platform that actually works properly.

Works well and does exactly what it promises. Easy to set up discounts, including BOGO and free gifts. The rules are flexible, especially with customer tags and conditions. Stable performance so far, no issues. Support is responsive and helpful.
