Solid app. We are using it on two websites. Considerably more flexible than the built-in Shopify B2B functionality. Quick and easy to set up with excellent support.

Wow, their customer service is amazing. The app has the functionality we were looking for but we wanted a few tweaks to fit into our workflow and site setup. Wir haben lange nach einer B2B-Lösung gesucht und dachten mit Wholesale Order Form & ReOrder die perfekte Lösung gefunden zu haben. Aber leider läuft die App nicht reibungslos und auch nach 2 Wochen hat sich nichts verbessert. Im Gegenteil, je mehr man den Kundenservice kontaktiert, desto mehr Fehler treten im Nachgang auf. Auch wenn der Kundenservice schnell reagiert und bemüht ist, aber wirklich sauber und zuverlässig ist die App keinesfalls. Der Checkout funktioniert nicht sauber, die Mindestmengen funktionieren nicht sauber (Varianten-Artikel werden grundsätzlich nicht unterstützt) etc. Alles sehr mühselig. Zwei Punkte vergebe ich aufgrund des schnellen Kundenservices, aber da nach 2 Wochen die App immer noch nicht läuft, kann ich diese nicht besser bewerten. Ich schaue mir das diese Woche noch an, ansonsten weichen wir auf eine andere App aus. Update: Kundensupport hat sich nach meiner Bewertung bemüht, das Problem zu beheben. Nun funktioniert der Shop gar nicht mehr, weil sie es irgendwie geschafft haben, den "Buy Button" zu löschen. Es ist Wochenende und daher ist auch keine Hilfe in Sicht. Daher nur noch ein Stern! Nachtrag: Nach 1 Monat wird es schlimmer. Auf einmal können Kunden versandkostenfrei bestellen, obwohl diese 5% betragen. Customer Support ist langsam und die B2B-App nicht funktionsfähig.

Easy to use. Quick support for a custom solution.

When combined with the Wholesale Pricing Discount app (by the same app developer), the Wholesale Order Form is a really powerful app that enables you to sell your products to wholesale customers easily from within your consumer-facing store. Some customizations are most likely required to get the form working with your chosen theme, but the support team is fantastic and has been able to implement changes to meet almost all of my requests. Definitely money worth spending if you're looking to have a single store for both consumers and wholesale customers.

Mehak and team are super responsive and helpful. They recently helped me migrate all of their wholesale apps to a new theme, and then did a theme update when the theme I had chosen got a new version. They have consistently turned around my customization requests in a day or two. Communication is excellent. Their family of apps works really well together, but most of all the people behind them offer really excellent support.

This app has been the best addition to our online store. Being able to create custom order forms for customers based on tags is a great feature. We had a small issue with formatting but after reaching out to their support team, they had it resolved within 48 hours. I highly recommend this app for anyone utilizing their Shopify store for wholesale without paying for the most expensive Shopify wholesale plan.

Have been using this app live for 6 months now and previous to that in a development system. It has performed exactly as described and covers all that we have needed We have on a couple of occasions asked for support to change small areas which would make our life a little easier, mainly cosmetic so we were expecting to pay a development fee but that has not been asked for and the support and development teams have been quick to respond and always very helpful Very happy to recommend this App alongside the other 2 apps we use from these guys and most of all, the support department

This app is used time and time again by our customers. Had an issue with using this app with a new Shopify theme, the help team responded quickly to my calls for help and logged in and fixed it! Thank you very much!

We discussed some changes for 4 Weeks now. The different changes were made, but always in different versions of the Theme. We can't change any of the mistakes because we don't have access to the App's code. Response time to our Mails is horrifying 2 Days. Thats not professional work and we are forced to write such a review because we don't get any response at all. The requested changes we had were on some issues with standard functionalities that are usual and necessary in the App. They should be implemented by the App support by default and not only mentioned by us. We didn't have any major changes but simple changes already take so long to be implemented. Our going live depends on this app and is delayed several times. Since there are no similar Apps were fully depending on the support and the implementation of the changes. Please contact us and fix open issues asap.

We love this app! The developer support has been incredible and the baseline format is exceptionally functional. It has given our return customers the ability to expedite their order process, which has been a significant challenge to accommodate with 150+ products and variants - being able to consolidate our listings in such a visually digestible manner has been a serious game changer for our business. It would be great to have the means to make more design edits - choose different default display options (alphabetical vs newest through oldest listings), designate different fields for Product Category (by product type vs by collection), include direct links to product pages, etc.

Works well and serves our needs well, if you have any issues the support is great which makes the app very stable and useful.

Great apps! We ended up using three of their apps for our wholesale business, and they even integrated all three with our theme without any additional fees! To be fair, their tutorial videos are a little outdated and don't necessarily match the current interface and setting options (was told they are working on the updates though), but their support team has been a solid 10 throughout the process! The Wholesale Order Form and reorder was just what we needed to make it easy for our customers to reorder their products with no muss or fuss. It also seamlessly integrated with the other Wholesale Lock Manager and the Wholesale Pricing Discount to do everything I needed. I was able to set almost everything up myself after the demo with their documentation. And the several things they needed to do on their end to get it just right for us, they took care of everything right away! Great products. Great company.

This app does everything it's supposed to do. The more important thing to me is that our point-of-contact, Adil, is really good to work with. I like to dial my forms in exactly as I want them. It has to be frustrating to work with people like me sometimes, yet Adil puts up with my lack of knowledge and has taken care of my needs with cheerfulness and good humor. I would recommend this program. The service alone is "worth the price of admission".

Each time we have a launch on our Wholesale site, this order form will fail to load. If we come back to it later, after the traffic has died down it will work, but what's the point if this app doesn't work when we need it the most.

Our problem was that ours client liked browsing our website at the beginning and add one by one the products, but after a while, it became very annoying for them as it was taking time (once they knew what they wanted). This is the problem we had after a couple of months , our clients were saying : " Can you just send me the exact same order than last time ?" or "Can I send you an email with what I want ?". Anyway, we wanted to have a digital version of the classical 'paper order form' and this app is magic for that. Now our clients can quickly search the products, see all variants and all of that without changing a page. We decided to go for the top plan that includes 'reorder' as some clients just re-order and then add new products. If you plan to do B2B, it is money well invested if you want your clients to re-order on a long term. The support was also very helpful and translated in French the app (unfortunately, they hold the info on their server so do not expect multi-lingual. Not compatible with Langify for ex). They can also adjust the design and are very quick to answer.

We tried some similar apps, in the promises they were all excellent, in fact only this one lived up to it. Fast and responsive support, app specifically designed to do what you need and adapts to different resolutions. Sometimes spending a few dollars more is necessary to get a great result without problems and stable, suitable for those who have to concentrate on their business.
