Great app, and great customer service. Works well and was able to immediately stop bot orders on our site! Edit: The bots have continued but customer service has been very helpful in finding other parameters to help stop it.

Great app, and service is truly next level. They helped with our migration and have ben very responsive to tweaks we needed. Highly recommend!

We have been using MRP easy for about a year. Like any MRP product it can be a little overwhelming. We are currently using about half of the products capabilities, mostly for inventory control, and batch tracking. We have not found any issues with MRPeasy capabilities are far beyond what we would’ve expected at this price point. We really appreciate low entry cost because we are a small company and most MRP systems have been out of our reach. MRP easy integrates easily with Shopify as a valuable tool for any small manufacturer. We haven’t used MRP easy customer service very often because the documentation and help section inside the application are very thorough. When we have reached out to customer service, the responses have been prompt. Thanks for your feedback! The app is good. Not perfect, but very good. It does what we need and then some. It takes a little bit to get the hang of. What really makes this app AMAZING is the support. We are using it along side SparkLayer for wholesale invoicing, and had some issues with how discounts were displayed. Not an issue with the app itself, but an issue caused by how discounts are used to create wholesale price lists in SparkLayer. Over a 2 day period multiple CS folks from OPP worked to get us a solution , re coded our templates and did it cheerfully. Service doesn't get better than this. Highly recommended!

As always Yotpo excels at service. Rilu was patient and very helpful in pointing me in the right direction to resolve my issue.
So far so good! I just installed the app, but the CS has been excellent. Will update Ofer using it more.

I'm a non-coder, and the app was a little confusing to me... definitely a learning curve and I expect I will get more comfortable with it. When I ran into issues though, customer service was on point. Thanks Daniel!
Amazing App and Service! If you are selling any perishable stock, or operating in a regulated market where you need to track production batches, this is a great simple solution. Service is among the best, I had some feature requests and Basil scheduled a call to talk through my issue, and help me find solutions even though the issue was really outside of Freshly.
