We’ve had a really great experience working with PostPilot, and Horacio, our Account Manager, has been a big part of that. PostPilot has given us another really effective way to connect with our customers beyond our digital channels. The platform makes it easy to build targeted direct mail campaigns, test different strategies, and reach customers at key moments in their journey. It’s become a valuable part of our retention and growth strategy. Horacio is always responsive, helpful, and proactive, and makes the whole process incredibly easy for our team. He’s great at sharing recommendations, identifying opportunities, and helping us get the most out of the platform. We’ve really enjoyed working with PostPilot and are excited to continue growing the channel with them!
