JENNY was go great. She was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. She helped me make sure I got the shopify integration implemented correctly and address all my concerns. Mae the integration process easy enough that I actually competed it!

Very easy to use and reasonably priced app. The support service is great too. I needed help changing the email address for an affiliate and Maya made it super easy. 10/10 would recommend.

Sidekick makes it a lot more usable nad helpful

Went to subscribe to a plan through the app, and the option I wanted was not available. They lowest plan was $49 a month, where we only need the $9.99 or $20 a month plan

In our first few days using Yotpo reviews, I haven't been able to figure out how to do something twice. (I do think the app could benefit from tool tips, guides, and/or other more instructional info regarding setting up/getting started). Both times I used Yotpo chat and was helped very efficiently and effectively by the customer service team members. I am very pleased with their customer service so far. And I look forward to being able to speak to the rest of the app in the hopefully near future.

This simple free app was exactly what we needed to limit our products by region. The customer service has been excellent with troubleshooting. Highly recommend.
