Great customer support by Prarthana! Helped get through all the setup and configuration in now time and even help me migrate previous subscriptions to the new app. Totally recommended! I had another popular subscriptions app but it had an external checkout which was confusing for my customer and it didn't offer many of the great functionalities that Appstle do. Thank you guys keep it up :)

The app is working great! I tried different PWA Shopify apps and this is the best one. Also, customer support is awesome. I had an inquiry and in less than 24 hours they contacted me back with a solution. I would totally recommend this app it has all the 3 great factors: works great, awesome customer service, and is easy to use!!!
Customer services responded back in less than 24 hours and were able to answer and help with all my questions and concerns. Definitely the best app for the customer reward program.

I opened three different tickets/requests for bug fixes in my store. They all were related to formating. I got a response in less than 24 hours from support (Numan) and they were able to fix every detail as request in less than 48 hours. I was amazed at how quickly, the good service, and how great my store is looking now. I can say with confidence Product Personalizer is the best support and customer service I received. If you are looking for an app to customize products on your store look no further the app has everything and even if something is missing they will be able to help you quickly and will get you a solution. good app but I cant change the sender email or change the mailing address which is really important.
