I recently had to migrate from another loyalty platform, and a team member was instrumental in making the transition seamless and painless. That level of hands-on help and dedication is incredibly rare and greatly appreciated. The app is already great, but to make it the absolute best on the market, I have a few suggestions for future features that I believe would significantly enhance customer motivation and conversion: Point Expiration Feature: Implementing a points expiration period would be a powerful tool for encouraging immediate action, motivating customers to place a follow-up order before their earned points lapse. In-Cart/Checkout Redemption Widget: A visible, interactive widget during the cart or checkout process, showing a customer's current point balance and allowing for direct redemption, would be a huge incentive to complete the purchase right then and there. This app is highly recommended for building strong customer loyalty. I initially rated this 4 stars while awaiting these enhancements, but the incredible support team reached out personally to confirm that Point Expiration is already on their development roadmap and In-Cart Redemption is actively being discussed and planned. This proactive communication and commitment from the developers is outstanding. Based on the exceptional customer service and the clear plan for future enhancements, I'm confidently updating my rating to 5 stars. It's an essential addition to any Shopify store!

Deceptive "Free" Plan is More Like a Limited Trial I was initially drawn to the Mergify app based on its advertised free plan, promising 10 free merges per month. This seemed like a perfect amount that I'll ever need for my store. However, I was extremely disappointed to discover that the free plan had been drastically reduced to a mere 5 total merges, with no prior notice whatsoever. This change renders the "free" plan practically useless for any newly launched store, as 5 merges are quickly exhausted during the initial setup and testing phase. Here's why I'm leaving a 1-star review and uninstalling Mergify: The initial free plan was a major factor in my decision to install the app. The sudden and unannounced change feels misleading and unfair. With only 5 total merges, it's impossible to properly evaluate the app's value within my store's workflow. Not receiving any notification about such a significant change to the free plan is poor customer service. I cannot recommend the Mergify app and will be looking for a more transparent and reliable solution.
