The service is absolutely terrible. I spend approximately $200-300 USD every month, and whenever I need to make changes, I contact customer service, but they always transfer me to their second-tier support team. Then I have to wait a very long time before I receive an email reply. The service is just awful.

Customer service responded very promptly and resolved all my issues perfectly. So far, the experience has been fantastic and I would highly recommend it.

The monthly package is $10, but I sent them an email requesting support and never got a reply, only the customer service portal didn't respond.
The customer service is very good. They always reply to me in time and help me solve the problem. The customized display effect is also very good.
The customer service response was very fast and successfully solved my problem. It is currently running well on my website, except for the customization function without real-time preview.
