I was really excited to move from another app as Loox seemed to have everything I need for my store which relies heavily on reviews to generate sales. The previous review app posted all of our reviews to our FB business page. Loox DOES NOT even though they claim they syndicate reviews to Meta. Given that, we will need to find a differently platform for our reviews and referrals.

Loox offers an integration that syncs your reviews with Meta, allowing you to showcase your reviews on your Facebook and Instagram shops. Customer Hub really makes our customer account page easier for our customers to find what they need especially when using a subscription app. Support, Ezra has been extremely helpful and quick at responding to my questions and requests. Definitely recommend.

Thanks so much for the review Debra, we’re so sorry to see that you experienced an issue while installing the CustomerHub app. We’ve been through our monitoring software and have found no indication of any issues and suspect you may have simply encountered a local network issue given the way you describe the problem. We’d love to have this resolved for you and have requested store access as well as sent a few emails and reached out over Facebook and phone. I am so happy I found PayWhirl! Support 10+ Ease of Installation 10+ Customer Use 10+ This app is exactly what I wanted & needed for my website. Being able to manage all of my subscription orders thru Shopify with PayWhirl is a huge time saver and bonus. Great job PayWhirl!
UPDATE, Support reached out to me promptly, after this review, they had in fact emailed me but I guess it went to spam, so my apologies. EasySlide & EasyTabs are both made by this developer. I wanted to switch between slide to tabs. I was told there would be no conflict yet there was, which thru a liquid error. After several rounds of working on it the app developer finally got all the left old code removed and the app works great now. Had an issue with this app conflicting with their easy tabs app reached out to support and never received a response
