I've enabled bitcoin payments in my shop for a couple years now and never had a customer use that payment method yet. Once I discovered Oshi, I had an AHA moment! Bitcoin payments in the US is still in its infancy, but small businesses can play nn integral role in providing a first-time, hands-on experience for their customers. Oshi provides a unique way to reward and nurture our customers with Bitcoin instead of a traditional points-based system. Points expire and are only useful in the store they were earned in. Bitcoin has no expiration date and provides customers with the flexibility to save, spend, send or exchange their Bitcoin on their own terms. The affiliate link feature also helps to build up networking between other businesses that offer Oshi bitcoin rewards and accept bitcoin. The Oshi marketplace hosts a space to feature their clients. Customers that earn rewards are directed there to find other ways to earn bitcoin and spend their bitcoin. I met with Michael in an on-boarding zoom call to introduce me to the product. It's still in development but the main features are all active and working. He provided some 1-on-1 assistance to help me set up a template for the rewards information page on my shop (Dawn theme). Overall, I'm very impressed with this idea. I think it has the ability to play a critical role in Bitcoin adoption. Giving out Bitcoin as a reward provides an incentive for new users to learn about it and potentially incorporate it into their life. It's completely optional for customers to participate and not forced onto them, which is an effective way to orange pill the masses.

Recently I migrated my reviews app from shopper approved to yotpo. There was significant costs savings involved plus yotpo has a lot more features available to help me collect more reviews from my customers (SMS, email, loyalty points) the onboarding process was very easy. I received very fast service from yotpo support chat (Doner P) to guide me through any issues I had in the process. I downloaded all the site and product reviews from my previous platform and uploaded them to yotpo so I was able to retain all the reviews I have built up over the years. I'll follow up again in the future to provide a review update when I can verify that google is receiving all my product and site reviews correctly.

Very helpful app to communicate quickly with my customers no matter where I am at. I like how easy it was to install it and that it includes a mobile app so I get notifications right away when customer needs assistance.

I recently migrated my online store from another platform to shopify. One of the main reasons for doing that was to get access to developer apps like this one. My primary product type is customized, handmade gifts. I needed a robust app that allowed customers to personalize their items and be able to get a live preview of how it will look. After reviewing demos on a few different apps and looking over the feedback, I decided on this app and I have not regretted my decision. You can set up product options quickly and easily but it's also packed with lots of advanced programmable functionality if you need it. The most difficult parts for me were some display issues with my theme and I reached out to support and Michael was quick to respond. Most issues were handled with a few hours after providing access to my admin so he could make the necessary changes in my theme. But there is also plenty of help documentation for advanced users to do those items on their own. I'm very happy with how everything turned out and I would highly recommend this app to shop owners that sell custom products.
