Being able to require these selections upfront reduces incomplete orders and prevents our team from having to follow up with customers afterward to collect missing information. This app has made a significant improvement to our site search. We were previously having issues with customers searching for specific SKUs and not getting the correct products or variants in the results. Globo fixed that for us. Product variants now show correctly in search, and customers can even search using a single character, which is important because some of our SKUs include one-character identifiers. For a large catalog where customers often know exactly what SKU or product they need, the improved search functionality has been extremely valuable.
