I like the analytics. Though usability (human factors) needs some work.
Just installed the app and completed the setup — everything went smoothly! I love how the reviews are now beautifully displayed on my site, and the floating tab is such a great feature. A big thank you to Tasnim for patiently answering all my questions and guiding me through the entire process. Excellent support and a great user experience so far!
Highest recommendation for this app and the great team behind it! I worked with Rosie and it only took a couple emails and less than a week to get everything taken care of. The communication was excellent despite the different time zones, and the team addressed all my concerns. Extremely happy, thank you again!

I recently started using this feature and I cannot be any happier. The app is very easy to use, the videos are performing well, and they look great on my pages. Lots of positive feedback from my clients as well, looking forward to seeing what the impact will be on the longer run. When I needed some technical help I contacted the administrators and my questions were answered in a matter of minutes (on a Saturday, I might add). Love the product and the team is fabulous, above and beyond expectations!
