Vidjet Shoppable Videos +Story

This intuitive tool makes it easy to add video content across all areas of the site. An important feature for all commerce sites is the ability to enable CTAs that allow users to add products directly to the cart. Vidjet hosts the videos; it has not negatively impacted site load times or increase bounce rates. Although this isn't a new or groundbreaking tool, the prompt responses from the support team make the app even better. Thanks a million for this amazing review! We're really happy to hear that you're satisfied with our app, especially the intuitive part of it. We made sure the interface was easy to use and understand by any Shopify store operator wanting to publish short videos on their pages. If you have any questions, we're always available on the chat, so do not hesitate. :)

Our online store operates in both French and English, so it's crucial for us to find apps with localization features. Vidjet allows us to tag videos by language and display them to the appropriate visitors, based on their browsing language. Additionally, the tool is user-friendly, and customer service has been proactive in onboarding us and suggesting videos to publish. Thanks a lot for your review. We're really happy to see your English and French videos giving information about your products. They look fantastic! If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our team via chat or email.

Vidjet is a great app to embed stories on PDPs, and seamlessly manage videos from our back-office. It also comes handy to showcase videos of our top-sellers on homepage. We're really happy to see the Stories on your PDPs, and the Carousel on your homepage. They look great, and perfectly fit your new theme. This app has been a game-changer for my website and product. A video carousel has helped me a lot in communicating the value of the product much faster than photos could do. The ongoing development of the app shows the commitment of the team behind it and gives me confidence that it will get better over time. I would not want to miss this app anymore! Highly recommend! Couldn't thank you enough for your amazing review. 🎉 We love your original products and the videos you recorded for! Really happy to see the render on your website with Vidjet. Feel free to chat with us if you have any questions!

Great app, the team helped with the on-boarding and I'm very excited to see what it brings in sales wise! Edit: The platform is unstable on the back end and when you edit something, it seems to upset something else. I just tried to upload a new video and it deleted another video in my campaign, along with resetting the thumbnails and caption/title for the other videos. Makes no sense. Edit 2: Vidjet reached out to me and fixed the issues mentioned above. It's been a pleasure helping you to set up videos on your pages! If you have any question again, feel free to reach out on our chat. And thank you for writing this 100th review! We appreciate it! 🙌

We published video carousels on our product pages, using our UGC videos and tutorials. After one month of AB-test, we saw a +17% increase in sales. The Vidjet team has been helpful in suggesting the best practices, and setting it up for us. We're thrilled about the results Vidjet brought on your PDPs! Thank you for your kind words. Our team stays available if you need anything. 🙂

Highly recommended. This application is easy to implement and I highly recommend it. As a feature request, It would be great if the play icon on the Stories thumbnail could be removed. I would love to see that on/off setting implemented.

Great app and great support, any problem that had was quickly answered. Big affect on the user experience

Customer service is great. Always replies in time and helps with everything. Great functions as well.

Happy about the app! Works just fine and like the fact that it's interactive and that you can fully customize it!

Excellent app for stores that want to show a social media-esque presentation without disrupting the shopping flow. Can't wait to see what they have in store for 2023

This is BY FAR the best app to increase sales in a human manner. We tried a lot of similar apps but VidJet is by far the easiest to use, the cleanest looking UI, and the best price. We received a lot of emails saying that the videos are clever, and the majority of our clientele said that it gives a better customer experience (around 80%). Many apps claim that they will increase your sales, but only a few truly move the needle, and VidJet is one of the needle movers. can't recommend enough!

This app is going to be life changer for your business how it is for us!!!!!! We are extremely excited about this new feature that is the FUTURE of online shopping. I spoke with the owner/developer, Baptiste, and he was extremely helpful! Also, don't be intimidated to start as the app makes it extremely user friendly to add the videos. I am not tech savvy and I still can easily understand the process. We use it at redeluxe.com if you would like to see it in usage! My only regret is not have found this app earlier!

Great app! Would highly recommend if you would like to see your sales increase! We use it on our website www.bermies.com

Fantastic app that immediately helped boost sales because it allowed us to bridge that human connection with the customer. During setup and as we scaled, support was instantly available to assess and answer any questions. This is an excellent addon that resulted in thousands of additional sales for us in the first 30 days of use.

Great app and even better support. We had some display issues and Baptiste and his team were very responsive and helpful. They made some custom coding adjustments and made sure we were happy. Highly recommend for displaying TikTok style videos on your site.

Not one to usually leave reviews but I wanted to take a minute to say that I've been using your player for a couple of months now, and it's awesome! We love how elegant it is, and that it's so affordable. we're definitely going to be using it for all our projects. It was also really easy to set up. no coding required! And the videos look fantastic on our site. Plus, your team has been very responsive with the questions I have posed to them and have also been very appreciative of my suggestions. I'm excited to hear about new features coming soon!

Very useful app in helping increase the conversion，and the customer service is also nice with fast response and very helpful

This app has definitely boost conversion for my store. Leo has been super helpful and responsive. I'm excited for the future of this app as they grow and add more features!

I used this app to add videos to my customer's site. Set up was quick and easy with the help of the Vidjet team. This was easier and better than all of the other video apps I considered. My client loves the way the videos are displayed on the site. I loved how easy it was to add pop-up videos to a Shopify store!

Love this app, and the co-founder is awesome! I got this app for our ecommerce site and it's been working wonders. It's quick, easy, and uploading videos was a breeze - i can upload a file or just link to an existing video i already have on my Youtube channel. the CTA you can put on the videos is also key. I don't have to add an extra button underneath the video that says "go to product" when I embed the video on a separate landing page. Also, when you embed normal youtube video in shopify, at the end of the video it gives user suggestions for other youtube videos (that aren't connected to us, but rather to the viewer) - it looks dumb and amateurish plus they might leave our site. with Vidjet the video can autoplay, loop, etc... much better experience, and keeps people on our ecom site. We sell 10 different sizes of cutting boards. it's hard for customers to picture what "8x17" or "20x15" looks like so having a video is crucial. We put a video in our gallery but I'm pretty sure people aren't really watching them as much as we'd like them to. with Vidjet, the video popups and let people see what it really looks like in real life. our customers love it. We just started using it on our Ecom site but will now start using it on other blogs we own as well. LOVE IT!!!!!

Great App + FAST SUPPORT!!!! Customers love it! I need help with the integration of the app and the position of the show video! Both has been handled with super fast speed!!!

This app is really cool, its easy to use and looks great. and the developer is helpful and nice. check it out.

Really awesome app!!!! Love it !! Highly recommend. Finally I can add the using video of each product to my customer for info~

Great app, I've already had people comment how much they're liking the videos on our store! Definitely the future for ecommerce.

We are very excited to use this app which is truly amazing, bring something new to an usual store and make a huge difference with other stores.

love this app, great way of including a video without having to upload to YouTube. It is really easy to use and support from developers, happy!

Clearly a no-brainer to publish various videos on my store. I have been using Vidjet for a few months now as a way to showcase my product when it is worn and to provide an extra service to my customers when they purchase from my website. 100% recommend!

The best App for Shopify to communicate product characteristics to customers, is very easy to use and manage, so far I have not found better. The staff is always available for any eventuality. Thanks

We love it! Best video tool to work with! We are going to use the app in many placements on our websites the UI is amazing and great customer service!

Higher conversion rates, higher AOV, and an awesome way to engage with your customer. We've used this app in more ways imaginable. It has even helped boost affiliate conversion rates creating more opportunities for our brand to expand. This is one of the best apps we use. We have it in all our stores. I would highly recommend it.

Incredible tool. Our conversions and conversion values have increased positively. We have this app installed on all our brands. I would highly recommend this app. The support team is awesome as well!

We us Vidjet to create video pop-ups to showcase new merchandise and promotions on our homepage. It works great, easy to setup and bonus points for providing analytics so you can monitor how well the pop-ups are doing. The team at Vidjit are also there to help with any questions with superb customer service. Highly recommend!

I wanted to add a short video to the landing page of my website. This app was absolutely perfect! It was easy to get my video set-up, clear interface. Great customer service too! Thanks for making such a great app ^^

I seriously just stumbled on this app, I download and begin adding new videos for my products and it is awesome looking! We are in love with the pop-up features that are able to showcase our collection, thank you so much~!

l’d been on the search for an app that would let me hand select a few videos for ‘live selling’ on my website as we’re creating a new category creating product/ brand, and Vidjet was extremely easy to install and get started with. We started on a free plan and witnessed it creating a positive impact on our funnel and decided to upgrade. Great work Vidjet team!

Have been using this app for a few weeks. The thing I like this app most is its look and feel. It fits very well and looks nice on our website. I like the way the video pops up in the middle of the page very appropriate. Not just the front end but the dashboard and things all look easy to manage with. Customer support is friendly. One minor "improvement" they may want to consider is the increase the number of buttons allowed in a video.

We´re extremely happy with Vidjet. ITS functioning: EFFECTIVE for Us! ... Having our video compositions adopted and played by Vidjet Popup videos APP without any glitches made our day. This app dashboard is very intuitive and easy to use. Very COMPLETE too. Useful features offered. Another nice part for us so far; tech support ! Just in case you need it for some questions or doubts; very professional, fast and friendly.

I recently started using this feature and I cannot be any happier. The app is very easy to use, the videos are performing well, and they look great on my pages. Lots of positive feedback from my clients as well, looking forward to seeing what the impact will be on the longer run. When I needed some technical help I contacted the administrators and my questions were answered in a matter of minutes (on a Saturday, I might add). Love the product and the team is fabulous, above and beyond expectations!

The app is amazing, I was able to increase the conversion rate of external image ad links clicks from facebook ads, google shopping ads etc. by 30%!

"I LOVE the product. As a small business, we're slamming all day on the other 99% of the business and Vidjet is there to help things go smoother. I love the product and my only wish is that I have time to test out new ideas with it on my end. The team there is really enthusiastic and handson with their product, which i really dig.

We recorded product tutorials a few months ago, but didn’t know how to use them on our store. Vidjet is the perfect solution when you have no idea + no time to display videos on your store. It’s fast, easy, and brings conversions!

The app is very simple and useful, support center back to me in 1 minute and reply to my question and set up my campaign as well. I recommend it.

We first started using the app and everything was perfect, amazing interface super easy to integrate into our store. After a couple of months we noticed that the videos were not playing properly. We emailed the support team at vidjet and within 12 hours they responded and had our issue fixed! Amazing Customer service and product!!

- Top Top Top - Support ultra réactif (Great Support) - Hausse des conversions sur toutes les pages concernées (Conversion increase on all pages where app was implemented) - Je recommande fortement (I strongly recommend this app)

This app has elevated my client experience! Its now so easy to explain different variants/ customizations without it being confusing. As a new shop owner I am always trying to make my store as professional and personalized as possible. This application has truly blown me away; it is so easy to use! Not to mention the team behind this app is incredibly hands on offering excellent customer service. I truly am impressed. If you need any intro videos, product videos, tutorials etc, download this application, you will not be disappointed.
