Appstle is incredibly user-friendly and packed with features, many of which we haven’t even explored yet. It’s also very affordable for everything it offers. What really sets them apart is their outstanding customer support. We had a few custom tweaks we needed, and their team responded immediately and went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommended!

We worked with Support Specialist Dom for our Marketplace Connect onboarding, and he was exceptional. We have a lot of variant SKU's that were not cooperating with us. Dom to the rescue! He was responsive, proactive, and got to the root of our challenges in record time. You couldn't ask for better customer support. After we worked through this hurdle, it seems the rest of the process is very straightforward and intuitive. Highly recommend their services!!!

We've been using Loop for quite some time now, and it has completely changed our return/exchange game. New features are continually being introduced, and our account success manager is a gem! Overall, we've had a very positive and smooth experience with Loop. Would highly recommend!

Trunk has seamlessly solved an inventory issue that we were having related to duplicate SKUs. The team was also incredibly helpful and responsive in assisting with organization and overall onboarding.

CartHook is a MUCH better alternative to Zipify OCU. In short, I'd say the main reason why I like it better is because it doesn't come with weird rules/restrictions like Zipify OCU does. For example, with OCU you can't add text without also adding an image, and it's missing some basic features like image carousel. Every ecommerce website since the 90's has had an image carousel, yet Zipify OCU doesn't. CartHook suffers from neither of these annoying (and quite frankly, embarrassing) problems that OCU has. CartHook is simple, powerful, and it just plain works. There are obviously some restrictions with the app which are probably Shopify's fault (they only allow certain elements to be edited on their native checkout). But other than a few nitpicky things, it's great. One small thing I wish it did was that when you click an image in the image carousel, it would automatically select that variant from the drop down menu. Example: You click on the image of the red shirt, and it shows the red shirt in the image carousel, but I wish it also selected that variant from the drop down menu. This is a relatively small thing, and overall, CartHook works great.

First of all, this is the best review app on the market for the price PERIOD. The reviews are searchable, they allow for tags, and the whole look/feel is highly customizable. However, what I like even more than the app itself is the support team behind it. They are incredible. If you have ANY issues with this app, the support team will fix them IMMEDIATELY. I have never received better support from an app company in my life
