First, they listen and respond. I asked for a feature that was not there, and they added it pronto. It made their product even better. They saw a way to make their customers happy, and they just did it. I wish the other app guys did that. Geez. FIVE STARS. Best on Shopify. You won't find better. After their update, my Visual Stability Score for Cumulative Layout shift went up to "Good" from "Poor." Not saying it was because of their improvement, but I am not saying it isn't. Just saying their app does not hurt performance.

The buttons created by the app were just a little different from my theme. I asked the developer if there was anything they could do to make them perfect. They made the changes in less than 12 hours. I am a little puzzled by the reviews here. My experience has been a nightmare. For two weeks I have been trying to get my store verified. No response from TikTok Seller Help Center in 16 days. Only automated cut-and-paste responses from their Feedback Form which don't address the issue. I can't get a useful human response no matter how I try. TikTok sounds great from all the reviews, but I can't get support at all to get it started.

We are incredibly happy with the results from Beans: Loyalty & Rewards. It is effective and very affordable. It is hard getting people to register their email, give product reviews, and follow us on social media. They really must be motivated to do so. Beans motivates our audience to follow and engage. Just what we needed. Their tech support has been very responsive to any issues we have encountered. They have kept us up and running. Thanks guys.
