Has everything I need to provide excellent customer service, Including the basic functionality like being able to directly attach a PDF document to a customer who can't find their product instructions, a level of basic functionality that Shopify Inbox couldn't be bothered to include. So moving over to Commslayer was an absolute no-brainer, and they have exceeded my expectations for customer service, ease of setup and a quality app at a very reasonable price. 100% recommended!

Why in the world would Shopify, in this day and age, fail to allow sellers to attach a PDF or Word file in response to a customer query? The lack of such basic functionality has become a hallmark of Shopify's utter inability to provide functional products, from an email interface that allows file attachments (that we dont first have to upload to our Shopify Admin and attach a link???) to frankly their entire platform. A year in, and there is not a day that goes by that I am not caught up short at the utter lack of common sense functionality in everything they offer, and this is app is a perfect example. Now I get to fork out for yet another paid app to do what the Shopify system should just do as part of the platform, and I'm not going to stop pointing out these insane shortcomings. Zero stars should be an option, this is inexcusable.

I feel like i've tried every optimizer in the app store, then I finally tried Tiny SEO and i couldn't believe that it worked! just did what they said it would and did it well! I HIGHLY recommend starting HERE! excellent app, great support and actual, measurable results! A+

Excellent app! easy to use, clearly explains what each section is, what it does and it worked like a charm! it was great being able to check my robots.txt and my llm position which is really helpful information. A+! Especially with all of the AI information and how it relates to your store, its here, and i have to admit, just going through this apps little education section where you get a satisfying movement toward completion of setting it up correctly. 100%

I thought I had fixed a bunch of this stuff, but haven't seen any huge improvement in any metric! im moving forward with the SEO ai metatag generator and fix this all AND have it scanning going forwards!!! so comprehensive and fast!

worked like a charm, looked everywhere and suggested relevant, optimized meta tags that my my store desperately needed! A+ sincerely appreciate apps that do what they state they will!

This app saved me. i have had nothing but disaster since I moved my shop to Shopify, and opened up a second store and both of my stores, since i opened them in April. The number of errors in my store, not just my lame efforts at SEO but in the platform, in my store code, so i finally went into research mode found a thousand really impressive site audit programs, but i had no idea what to DO with all of that info, and I really needed to fix this. i finally stumbled on Webrex:SEO Audit Optimizer, was impressed by its claims and i got nervous when I saw it was free! How good could it be if it was free? But let me tell you, this App is a BEAST! it was such a relief after weeks of trying to fix a laundry list of serious errors get wiped away...and when Google finally crawls my site, people will be able to find me again! this app was so through, from Schema audits and repair to automated detection and repair, WITH AI my 401 errors because i was too ignorant to put 301 redirects on my old store pages before i moved...whoops. but this app did that, added alt tags, meta tags, photo optimizations, added meta descriptions, pulled out code that wasnt working...so when I say I highly recommend this, I know what im talking about! And no, i don't work for them, and i wasn't paid for this review. absolutely worth every penny and both of my shops will have this app installed.

I've been doing extensive SEO work on my 2 websites and I think I've tried about 12 different SEO optimizers (thank god for free trials!) and this is the most comprehensive app for Shopify that I've found yet! And for the pro plan that i chose it gives a lot of automations that would have cost far more from other companies. Setting up was a little overwhelming, there are so many things this app fixes, but they offer free help to set it up, but I was impatient! Its affordable and it actually does what it said it would! I highly, HIGHLY recommend this app!

Amazing app! it is laid out beautifully, clean interface, zero learning curve and functions. just worked the way it is supposed to, no glitches, no unpleasant surprises...How often do we get apps that actually work like they are supposed to? I just had an app trash my seo, so i appreciate this one working! the fact that its free is hard to believe, i would have paid for it gladly, I was desperate! the following id my sad story about why i was so desperate, because I think this app and its developers deserve serious props for a high quality app that saved my fanny! but this is the main review. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I had 186 404 redirects that were misconfigured and had to be edited inside my store. In Google search console i over 850 to deal with (from my own store, I didn't understand how to put redirects on my old store pages! So just the ones in the store were taking forever, we counted, it was over 13 clicks and 2:30 minutes lag time waiting to get back to the redirect page for each redirect, and then repeat. It was torture! So on the off chance that the Shopify had an app for managing redirects, ready to pay for anything that would smooth this process out, and I am so very happy I found Nabu! I finished editing the store in 40 minutes!!!
