This is an excellent app that can really help you troubleshoot errors, but what stands out even more is Nabu's support. For a score of 1 out of 10, I give Nabu support an 11.
Support was quick to reply and help me with an issue that turned out to be totally user error! They were very polite about it and got me the answer I needed asap.
super easy 404/301 redirect tool. does what it is supposed to and promises
If you don't plan to upgrade to a paid plan right away, don't waste your time installing this app because it's a lie that there is a free plan. Once you install the app, you won't be able to launch it unless you immediately accept the paid plan.
Perfect. Highly recommend. This app resolved a translation 404 issue with a simple wildcard rule which you cannot do using native Shopify. This app is also much more intuitive than the native Shopify redirect process.
Lo estoy usando en https://livingreen.com.mx/ y va muy bien. Me permite hacer redirecciones de manera sencilla y rápida. Lo recomiendo 100%
Perfect assistance from Priya, explaining me how to redirect dead or deleted urls... i made fun of the inability to redirect to a deleted product graveyard... that would be certainly creative. Priya was great.
It's basic, but works and is free! We've managed to redirect 575 URLs within a few days and it's improved our SEO organic traffic rapidly.
priya vielen dank für ihre unterschützung sie haben meine probleme gelöst vielen dank
I have only been using the app for about a week or so. The app seems to search and find old broken links, so you have to check regularly for additional broken links. I have not yet checked to see if Google recognizes that the links are redirected yet. But so far so good.
Has exactly what is needed for most redirect situations and the wildcard redirect support is AMAZING!
We provided very clear scope request of what we needed the app to do. After confirming twice, support said yes we can do it of course! They oversold, the app couldn't do it. So we wasted our time. Bad experience.
I’ve been running my Shopify store for a while, and after updating my theme and cleaning up old collections, I noticed dozens of broken links causing 404 errors. It was starting to hurt my SEO and customer experience. That’s when I found 404/301 URL Redirects by Nabu, and honestly, it’s been a total lifesaver. The app is incredibly easy to use — it automatically detects broken URLs and helps you redirect them to the right pages in just a few clicks. No more manually digging through reports or trying to edit redirects one by one. Within minutes, all my old links were fixed, and my SEO performance improved almost immediately. What really stands out is how smart and efficient the system is. It even identifies redirects that Google might flag and helps you optimize your entire link structure. Plus, their support team is super responsive and friendly — they actually take the time to explain what’s happening and how to fix issues properly. If you care about your SEO and want to keep your store running smoothly, this app is absolutely worth it. It’s one of those tools that quietly does an essential job behind the scenes — and does it perfectly. Highly recommend to any Shopify store owner!
j'ai longtemps cherché une application fonctionnel ,simple, efficace sans jamais réellement trouver mon bonheur . C'est enfin chose faites . en plus pour ne rien enlever elle est gratuite ...
Easy to install and what is great is that it is free.
Amazing app! it is laid out beautifully, clean interface, zero learning curve and functions. just worked the way it is supposed to, no glitches, no unpleasant surprises...How often do we get apps that actually work like they are supposed to? I just had an app trash my seo, so i appreciate this one working! the fact that its free is hard to believe, i would have paid for it gladly, I was desperate! the following id my sad story about why i was so desperate, because I think this app and its developers deserve serious props for a high quality app that saved my fanny! but this is the main review. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I had 186 404 redirects that were misconfigured and had to be edited inside my store. In Google search console i over 850 to deal with (from my own store, I didn't understand how to put redirects on my old store pages! So just the ones in the store were taking forever, we counted, it was over 13 clicks and 2:30 minutes lag time waiting to get back to the redirect page for each redirect, and then repeat. It was torture! So on the off chance that the Shopify had an app for managing redirects, ready to pay for anything that would smooth this process out, and I am so very happy I found Nabu! I finished editing the store in 40 minutes!!!
I recently had the pleasure of using the Nabu Fast 301 & 404 Redirects app for my Shopify store, and I couldn't be more satisfied with its performance. This app has proven to be incredibly effective in identifying 404 errors, complete with date and time stamps, which has made managing my store's user experience much easier. Additionally, I want to highlight the exceptional email support I received from Iram at AdNabu. Iram was prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in addressing my queries. It's rare to find such dedicated support, and it made my experience with the app even better.
