Asked for a custom setting, and they were great! Great customer service!
I’m not normally one to leave negative reviews, but I was genuinely appalled by how unprofessional this support interaction was. Support representative name ending in “rav”. I was already on a free trial of the roughly US$10/month paid plan and contacted Webrex because Google Merchant Center was still showing schema-related issues even after I had completed the relevant setup in the app. I wanted a simple technical answer: what exact schema was causing the issue, where was it coming from, and why was Merchant Center still failing? Instead, I had to repeatedly push for basic information. When I asked where the supposedly outdated schema actually was, I was told: “You have to check manually on each product, collection pages.” When I asked what exactly I was supposed to check: “The Schemas that are injected by you manually.” They still had not actually identified the offending schema. The conversation then became increasingly focused on selling me a much more expensive plan: “Trust me, currently you are in the Free Plan, Right ?” despite me already being on the paid plan’s free trial. Then: “So give a Chance to our Plus” “Free for 13 Days, pay only if you like after Trial” “I am not telling you to buy, just give it a try for 13 Days ??” I even explicitly said: “I am not asking for a general explanation or an upgrade recommendation. I need the specific technical source of the error first.” Even after that, the support conversation continued to revolve around moving me from around US$10/month to the US$99.99/month Plus plan instead of properly diagnosing the issue I had contacted them about. The pricing for multilingual schema is also incredibly poor value. If you need schema across multiple languages, Webrex pushes you toward the US$99.99/month tier. I moved to another Shopify SEO app that gives me multilingual schema across my translated storefronts, image optimisation and a large range of additional SEO tools for a tiny fraction of that price. The whole interaction felt careless, evasive, greedy and sales-driven rather than professional technical support. A customer should not have to fight for a straight answer while being repeatedly pushed toward a subscription costing roughly ten times more. Buyer beware if you run a multilingual store. This was enough for me to lose confidence in Webrex completely, and I have decided to move away from the app.

I have been with Webrex for 10 months now and I have to say I'm impressed with the results we've seen. One of the most impressive experiences I've had was recently when I had an issue and opened a chat for help. The response was very quick and pinpointed the issue as being caused by another app I was using. The support person took the issue in stride and made the fix right on the spot. Done, bada bing, bada boom! This is extraordinary service at it's best. I highly recommend Webrex and their amazing team.

Great app with excellent support. My Shopify theme was only generating structured data for a handful of products, and I wanted full schema coverage so all my items could show as rich results in Google. Webrex handles product schema, merchant listings, reviews, and breadcrumbs across my whole catalog. I ran into a duplicate "brand" field conflict at first (my theme and the app were both emitting schema), but their support team fixed it within a couple of days by disabling the theme's schema so Webrex is the single source. After that, all my elements passed Google's Rich Results Test cleanly. Responsive support and it does what it promises. Recommend for stores that want proper structured data without touching code.

The app is great and does exactly what I needed, but the support is honestly what impressed me the most. Every time I reached out, someone replied quickly, explained everything clearly, and stayed with me until everything was working perfectly. I never felt like I was just another customer. You can tell the team actually cares about helping, not just closing tickets. That's pretty rare these days. Really glad I found Webrex. If you're on Shopify and thinking about trying it, I'd definitely recommend it.

Hi there, thank you for the feedback — though we'd like to respectfully correct the record, because the review doesn't reflect what actually happened. You were inside the app for only 1 minute before leaving this 1-star review, without giving it a real chance. That's not enough time to open a single feature, let alone judge whether the app works or delivers results. A rating like this, given in under a minute, says very little about the product and a lot about how quickly the conclusion was reached. The demo is completely optional — you are not required to book a call to use Webrex. All Free plan features (Product Schema, Local Business Schema, Organization Schema, Breadcrumb Schema, and Article Schema) are available immediately after install, with no call required whatsoever. On that screen, simply tapping the “Finish” button takes you straight into the app with full access. If you had spent even a few more minutes in the app, or reached out to our support team via live chat (we respond within minutes, 24/7), this would have been clear right away. We're always one message away, and we genuinely enjoy helping merchants get set up. We genuinely welcome constructive feedback, but a 1-star review after just 1 minute, without actually trying the app, doesn't help other merchants make an informed decision.

Great set up and problems with schema. This is a great app
We’ve had a very good experience using Webrex AI SEO Schema for our Shopify store. As a basic person, with the help of technology and apps like this, I was able to improve and build our website www.vishalelectronics.com much better. The app is easy to use, helps improve SEO structure, and makes schema management simple even for non-technical users. Outstanding experience working with Arpan and the Webrex team. The results have honestly been incredible. This app is great and the customer service is even better!!
It does its job, but it just does not scale. It is able to generate JSON snippets for products, and seems to do it well, but don't expect much more. We moved away from this app despite having a free forever plan, that summarises everything. This app has great potential but it is severely limited with how the development team has thought everything as a manual click click process. Every proposal and suggestion we made was treated like "it is you, user who is doing it wrong" and we never heard back from them after multiple conversations. We just moved along to other apps which offered more friendly feedback, even if they were paid ones. We're now receiving a lot of pressure from them about our review.

Bulk and tag-based filtering is part of our roadmap, but the functionality itself exists today. ✅ "No API access" — Webrex is a fully-managed schema solution. We do NOT provide a public API or code-level access, by design. Our app is built for Shopify merchants who want schema handled automatically through Shopify's official Theme App Extension framework — not for developers requiring custom code integration. This is clearly stated in our product positioning. If your use case requires custom code-based schema control, we are not the right fit, and that's a positioning question — not a product flaw. ✅ FAQ creation per product — On our Pro plan, we offer FAQ bulk import, exactly the workflow you're describing. This feature is available today. ✅ "App as manual click process" — Webrex's foundational schemas (Product, Breadcrumb, Organization, Variant) are 100% automatic with zero configuration. Die App ist gut und leicht zu konfigurieren, was aus meiner Sicht noch fehlt ist eine Import- bzw. Exportfunktion für das "KI-Fragen und -Antworten (FAQ)-Schema". Das würde die Arbeit mit vielen Produkten bzw. Kollektionen erleichtern.

Had a critical Google Search Console schema error affecting 5 products. The WebRex team jumped on a call, diagnosed the duplicate brand field issue in the ProductGroup schema, and fixed it on the spot. Quick, technical, and very professional. Highly recommend!

This app is amazing for creating Schema and JSON-LD for Google to understand better your site, I really recommend using this app.
This SEO tool is very easy to use and has been really helpful for optimizing my store. It clearly shows what needs to be improved and makes the whole SEO process much more efficient. After using it, I’ve already seen improvements in my site structure and optimization score. Definitely a great tool for anyone running a Shopify store.
