The BON support team is really great, including Maxxie and Anna, who helped us a lot with the transfer of our customer database. We love the BON app which is now online on our Canadian website! Thanks again for the help, they were always available even on weekends!

J'ai eu un très bon service à la clientèle en quelques minutes, ma demande n'était pas possible pour le moment mais elle a été ajouté dans la liste des prochaines requetes pour l'application.

We did some checks and it looks like our widget does not appear. I have been using Langify for years and switch temporary to Hextom translate app before I discovered Easy Translate. I was reluctant to try this app because it was fairly new and I have over 3,200 products to translate: I want to relying on an app that has a good history. Nevertheless, I decided to give it a try and I don't regret it at all! This app is fantastic, it's easy to use compared to the apps I've experienced in the past. I had one problem after the installation and received an excellent service from the developer. I am very happy with Easy Translate and I am looking forward to see the next features that will be added (like the possibility to manage our own glossary and maybe also a filter to localize the contents under the search bar) Louise Hi Louise, thank you for your great review and valuable feedback! I am using this app for a while now and I must say that I am very happy with the app itself and the customer service. I had a problem caused by another app lately and it screwed my entire inventory. Multi-Store were kind enough to help me out with this problem: they took time to extract data from their system and provide me all the inventory modification during for a specific timeframe in a .csv file. Thank you again for your awesome service!
This app is a LIFE SAVER!! I don't use it that often but when I need it, it worth every penny invested!!
