Multi Location Inventory app was able to solved my company, Curated Office Chairs' problem of wanting to be able to offer both shipping from manufacturer and from local warehouse. After trying other apps this was the only one which was able to solve our problem specifically, where this inventory needs to be tracked independently. Now Curated Office Chairs is able to best communicate to customers which of our Herman Miller office chairs are available for which shipping. Upon our global expansion beyond just Australia, much more complex inventory needs will be required and I look forward to being able to use Kark: Multi Location Inventory for the future too. Massive thank you to the Kark team for building this.
Great app, even better support! Had an issue and it was fixed within 5 minutes. Really useful app for displaying store availability and allowing customers to search for a store near them. So many features and enhancements, really love this app.
Convenient app, easy to manage different stores, and good customer service.
This is a brilliant solution for a store like ours where we have multiple locations. The app was incredibly easy to setup and since then has been flawless in its use. We were also looking to imporove some of the features so reached out to them with an idea we had. They came back to us very quickly and we discussed the changes we had in mind. They then changed code on our site to allow for these required changes and have made this an even better experience. We were kept in the loop the whole time to make sure it was doing what we wanted, and then to add to this we were told this would be done with no additional cost. All i can say is this team is absolutely brilliant with the most excellent service. If you need a solution to show stock levels at differerent locations then look no further than this one.
Excellent platform for businesses with multiple shipping locations. Real-time inventory visibility has helped our customers make informed decisions, which has contributed to higher sales conversions. The customer support team is also outstanding in helping us get the app setup correctly.
Using this app for nearly 2 years across 12 warehouse locations. Does exactly what it promises: shows per-location stock on every product page, with virtually zero setup once installed. What really stands out is the support. Kets has been incredibly responsive — we had a sync timing issue on draft products, he enabled a draft opt-in for us within hours. We then asked for a per-product Flow action, and he shipped it in days. Custom support like this is rare on the App Store. Highly recommended.

We’ve been using Multi Location Inventory by Kark and it has made a significant difference in how we manage our inventory on Shopify. Our setup is quite complex. We deal with thousands of SKUs, multiple locations, different units of measurement, and a heavy use of product tags to control logic and variations. On top of that, we needed to display location-based availability along with minimum quantity warnings at the SKU level, which is much harder to implement than it sounds. Before using this app, managing all of this was extremely challenging. We tried different approaches and workarounds, but nothing was scalable or efficient. What really stands out is how this app simplifies a complicated inventory structure. We were able to manage inventory across multiple locations without disrupting our existing setup, handle multiple SKUs and UOM variations smoothly, show accurate location-based availability messaging, and implement minimum quantity warnings without complex custom development. The biggest highlight, however, is their support. Their team clearly understands real-world inventory challenges. Every time we had a specific requirement or edge case, they didn’t respond with generic answers. They actually worked through the logic with us and helped implement practical solutions. That level of support is rare. If you’re running a Shopify store with multi-location inventory and complex SKU structures, this app is incredibly valuable. Highly recommended!

This is a very easy to use app that provides customers visibility to stock levels by inventory locations. You can control which locations to display, as well as what products will show the app. we have plans to use the shop by store function, but haven't implemented that yet. We are very happy to have that feature available in the same app. Service/support is quick and thorough. Definitely recommend.
perfect app for informing customers of availability between locations (also web/store). Possibility for "counting down" when low on stock. Fast chat if help needed!

We’ve been extremely impressed with Kark: Multi-Location Inventory. The app works flawlessly and solves a real problem for merchants managing several stock locations. Setup was quick, the interface is clean, and everything integrates perfectly with Shopify’s native features. What stands out the most is how reliably the app displays accurate stock levels and incoming inventory for each location. This has improved our internal workflow and helped customers find the closest store with available products — a huge win for both UX and conversions. Support has also been excellent: fast responses, clear instructions and real problem-solving. It’s rare to find an app that is both lightweight and genuinely useful without unnecessary complexity. team is great and their product works on a lot of themes but even for stores with custom themes like ours, they go out of their way to make their app work using custom code.
Very rarely do I download an apps which ticks every single one of my requirement boxes. In fact come to think of it, there has never been a time. That all changed when I downloaded multi-location inventory. This app has done everything and more than what I needed. It has transformed my shopify site. Honestly, the app works great! But what made it even better, was the quick support from their team. Within minutes we sorted everything out and they even made custom changes for our webshop. If you're looking for an app to manage location inventory, this is the one to use!
I've been using this app for quite some time and I'm very pleased with it's functionality, how easy it was to set up and maintain, and the level of customer service from the team. What I really like is being able to pick and choose which products this app appears on. For some of our products, it doesn't "make sense" to have product availability displayed (such as for products where customers can choose various items to bundle together into one product). By creating one product template where the app appears, and another where it doesn't, it's easy to manage which products should have inventory availability displayed. I whole-heartedly recommend this for any store that wants to make information on product-availability-by-store visible to their customers.
The app has all the tools we wanted, and when we encountered a problem, the customer service team (thanks Kets!) immediately helped us with perfect advice! We highly recommend this app and Kark Ltd.

Support received was first class on a formatting issue. The app does everything we needed it to, and its a great tool for us to showcase availability in our retail stores.
I have 3 warehouses. One in NZ, one in AU and one in the UK. I sell to all of those countries using 1 website. This app lets me display on my product page which warehouses I have stock and where I am sold out of stock.

Thank you for your review, Our app clearly shows a big warning that App should not be used to block purchases based on the country or market as this feature is now natively available in Shopify via Fulfillable inventory feature and you should migrate to that, downgrading to our basic plan has removed the legacy validation rules,

This is amazing app for showing available stock in physical stores. Really intuitive to use and easy to set up. I was having an issue with a stock visibility detail, and Kets was able to point out the issue for me in just few minutes. Recommend!

I am not a review writing bot, friend or family member of the app creator. Just a guy trying to get a shopify website to do what I want. Grab a beer and have a long read on our experience with this app. This app was a necessary addition to our online as well as our brick and mortar stores. We wanted the ability to have our customers purchase online and pickup up the items from a brick and mortar store. Problem is we have 2 different locations. Both locations share the same online store. We didn't want people showing up to the wrong store or be confused as to where they were picking something up. Our mission was to have the ability to show a products' inventory stock and its' store location on a product page. This included variants of a product and their locations. This would enable an online customer to be able to know which store or stores had the specific item. When customer checks out they are only offered the available location or locations for pick up. They can choose the location or option for shipping. We already are seeing it work with customers buying and picking up without confusion. Works so good and not a headache to trouble shoot. Support is there for you. No matter what app you install, most likely you will need support. Any minor issues I had were promptly addressed by the awesome customer service and hands on support. Hope this helps someone out and much appreciation to the creators and support team of this app. Saves us a lot of time, money and customer employee headaches. Definitely worth the subscription.

We use this on our B2B. Great inventory location finder, awesome to hide inventory from customers not in an area. Everything works off tags. Contacted customer support to enable another feature and they were super responsive and we had it up and running in one day! Super happy with the app!

Hello, this is our first 1-star review in 2 years, if you can first reach out to support then we will sort out any issue straight away, There could be a conflict with the theme or another app, looking at your site, our app clearly shows in the developer console that it cannot find "Add to cart" button and points to troubleshooting page, I wish you can first reach out to support, we sort out most of the issues within hours mostly, anyways reach out to our support we can still help you -:)
