Easy to use, but didn't initially work with our purchased theme (Warehouse). Sent a support request, and literally within a couple hours (and a couple back and forth emails to fine tune things) it was up and running exactly as we needed. They helped us fix the code that was causing it to not work. Fantastic response time, great support. Highly recommended.

Absolutely DOES NOT WORK. Tried cancelling multiple times and they're still charging me. No replies to messages. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their API feed DOES NOT work with Google Merchant Center, don't listen to their lies. Google confirms their feed does not send "Target Country" or "Destination" details, which are required by Google Merchant Center. Wasted many hours talking to useless customer service (Arlie and Chloe) who know nothing and don't read the actual support requests, they just lazily copy and paste "help" articles which are useless and don't address the actual issues. We set up the feed exactly as their support documents describe, but the feeds don't work. Can use any other API app and it works fine. USELESS APP - STAY AWAY

Absolute worst pre-order app I've ever used. Search filters don't work, product categories dont sync, can't skip ahead pages in the list. Completely non-functional!

Cannot import/export using paid plan, it just says "must upgrade to use" but doesn't tell you it's only on the most expensive plan. Other apps are much better and cheaper.
