Enough is enough. Periodically, for unknow reason, they lock out our account. Sudden logged out, then 'UNKNOWN ERROR' during login, then 'ACCOUNT LOCKED ' message. Seriously ? We do a business here. Shipsations 'security' is just a joke, apparently made by sort of amateurs, they know nothing how businesses work. With no access to the account, we are unable to ship hundreds of orders placed, until kid from 'support' is so nice and restore the access. Each time needs ask for doing that and wait, wait, wait....Ok guys, play in your room with others, have more fan ! After 10 years time to say GOODBYE ! What we can advice - STAY AWAY ! This is not worth of your time and money.

As a Shopify store owner, having reliable and efficient apps is crucial, and Judgeme has exceeded my expectations so far. This App was chosen by our team as a Wholesale Hero App replacement. Installation for the Wholesale App usually needs removal of the old (Wholesale hero) custom code (that we did ourselves) and New custom setup for the App - which may take time and testing - And can become a nightmare if any of the sides becomes unresponsive. In this case installation and custom adjustment process went smooth (even if 2 separate members of the support team were involved). So 5stars from us for the set-up. We will see how the app will behave. Thank You Nicoz and Amir for the communication and setup!! Update (2023), as we have upgraded to Shopify+ and the app is no longer needed. Nicoz helped us with removal info on the spot, no questions asked! Never happened to us before with other apps! We usually had to remove the code without recommendations or assistance. So there you have it. Best support of any Shopify 3rd party app so-far! And the App worked great for us too :)

Free advice : don't bother....overpriced, not reliable service. Some bugs ( ex. after review order , automatically capture the payment, regardless of order status - such order is not fulfilled yet ). Tons of false alarms, overpriced for simple database software. Update : still no response for reported issues, while app continue crappy service : 'internal server error' , false fraud triggering. Again : this is totally worthless.
