The app works very well for us. Plus, the support is always there when you need them. I have been very happy with the support I've received from them over the years. I highly recommend this app.

I wasn't happy with the built-in Shopify notifications. Wanted something that I could create that is on-brand. I don't know much code. I bought this app and was able to make it work for me. It does take awhile to get it looking just right. There are limitations as well to what you can change and how much you can change. That can be a little frustrating for a perfectionist. However, there is nothing really like this out there at this price. After some time, I was able to get my notifications looking great. Actually, so many people think I personally wrote to them, they actually respond back personally to me. So I'm really happy with the way they look. I just bought another copy of the app for our second shop and they let you duplicate the version so it's a lot easier than starting from scratch. Ran into a few issues, and they helped me solve them quickly. If you don't know how to code, this is a really nice piece of software. Excellent value.

We used to collect emails through our theme. Then we’d have to go back through them to find the email addresses and then finally create emails to send to the customers. This solves the problem really well. James was particularly helpful answering questions so we could make this work for us. Really nice app, saving us lots of time, and converting customers.

Repeat Customer Insights is a really well-thought out app by an excellent developer. The app helps you understand how your customers are behaving and their buying patterns. Very interesting way to look at things that can help inform your everything from your product assortment to your marketing plans. Easy to download the info as well if you want to slice and dice it differently. Be sure to sign up for his daily email newsletter. You will learn a ton. Smart stuff.

The people at Judge.me have always been extremely responsive and helpful. They keep improving the app all the time as well. Highly recommended.

This is first class software. Eric totally knows what he's doing. And he's very responsive with email to your questions. Be sure to sign up for his email list. His other apps look very interesting as well. It's nice to find someone so well-versed in Shopify as well as someone who understands how Google works. For many of us, it's difficult to understand what's going on in the black box and we're too busy running our businesses to figure it all out. This app works behind the scenes so you don't have to.

The Sufio App is excellent for those wanting to create professional invoices that are generated at the same time as Shopify orders. Since we are beginning to use the same site that we sell direct to customers on for wholesale, I was looking for a solution like this. Quickbooks invoices are ugly. By taking orders in Shopify, we're able to sync the orders with our shipping program. Sufio offers a really elegant solution.
