We’ve had a good experience using Shiprocket for our Shopify store. Their pickup scheduling is reliable, and delivery coordination is handled efficiently across locations. The team ensures timely pickups and smooth handovers to couriers, which helps us maintain consistent dispatch timelines. Overall, Shiprocket has been a dependable logistics partner for managing our order fulfillment and deliveries.

After the new release, the app is not supporting to any 3rd party payment gateways. Also support is very bad and not helpful. Hi, thanks for your review. We are now using the Shopify Bundles API, which only works with Shopify Payment processing. We will ensure to communicate that to our merchants in the future.
