I love the flexibility this app offers our customers, it's really cut down on the customer service burden now that they can cancel themselves! And for those who don't use it, I think it's great for them to know they have the option if they ever need it. Plus, the customer service team from Orderify is great! I needed a little help with getting some data from within the app and they helped me out which was very much appreciated.
I've been using Appstle on my shop for a long time now and love it. Their customer support is amazing...they're super responsive and helpful every time I need help with anything!
