Anytime I had questions or needed adjustments, the support was responsive and helpful. Vinay from Casa was especially great—providing clear guidance and walking me through how to make changes in the app, which made a big difference. Overall, it’s been a reliable and easy-to-use solution for managing loyalty points and rewards, and the level of support has really stood out.
We have been using the SC Loyalty app for two years and have found it to be very effective. Their support team is excellent, providing direct access to live assistance without requiring interaction with an AI bot first. The setup process was straightforward, and the free version includes useful features such as the ability to adjust customer balances. I highly recommend this app.

The app was recommend to me by my LMS provider. The interface is user friendly. Reaching out to support was easy and reliable. Justin was able to point me in the right direction.
