We have checked all your interactions with our support team, and we replied to every message the same day — often within just a few minutes. In our last reply, we even asked you to clarify your question by sending us a screenshot, but we never received a response from you. We always do our best to assist every customer, as we have been doing for the past 11 years. Therefore, we feel your review is somewhat unfair. Absolutely thrilled with my experience! I recently worked with Ryan and his team on a Shopify app designed for limiting products, and I couldn't be happier.
