Be Warned! Shop App will let your customers file fraudulent chargebacks. A buyer made a purchase, they returned the item and I issued a refund, talked with buyer vie email and submitted proof of refund and email communication. Then they opened a chargeback and said they did not get a refund (complete lie). Shop channel will not honor or help a merchant and the buyer got issued a 2nd refund and I was charge with a chargeback fee. There is no way to contact the Shop app support. If anyone from Shop App reads this please contact me. This buyer is a scammer and has found a way to steal from honest merchants. Very disappointed in this Channel.

Hi, there. Thank you for leaving your review. For context, the ability to dispute a charge is an option offered by your customer's bank or credit card company. If a chargeback is opened by the cardholder's bank, the issuing bank investigates the complaint and decides on the result of the dispute as well. Shop wouldn't be able to prevent chargebacks, but I can definitely understand the impact they can have on your business. Listen this App Judge-Me is AMAZING. I have had my shopify store since 2015 and I have tried other review apps and this one is by far the best. The price is way lower than yotpo and they will push your reviews to the Google product reviews for Google Shopping. They have a reward coupon if a customer leaves you a review and a referral program so customers will give their friends discount code so you get more business. Also every single time I need help I get it almost instantly. They will resize pictures for you, move review widgets were you want them and help coding and html stuff that I don't know how to do. I know how to sell leggings, not coding! Judge-me app is great and I hope they never change their way of helpings shopify store owners. A huge thank you from me, Pamela at MomMeAndMore Boutique. I was very happy to find this app when Mailchimp pulled out of Shopify. I downloaded the app, followed the prompts and like magic my Mailchimp was connected and worked exactly the same. I created an email and sent it to my email list just like always. I am very happy to see a FREE offer as well. For a small business selling Mommy & Me Fashions this is very important.
