**Changed from 5 stars** This app causes a glitch in multiple places on my site. Everything works great in grid view, but list view creates a double "Quick View" button. This happens on my home page, blog pages, collections, etc. So I reached out for help. I even provided screenshots of the problem, before and after pictures to illustrate this problem occurs only in certain views.The initial reply asked for access to the site. It was a quick reply and I thought this meant they would handle this for me quickly. Wrong. They logged in once and said they couldn't get the glitch to show up and asked for more details. I mean, I wrote a paragraph explaining it AND provided multiple pictures. Ok, so I explained it again. To which he replies that they still can't get the error to work. He sends me a short video illustrating it should work fine but he hasn't logged into the site for 2 days to even check the code.. So how can you fix it if you're not in the code looking for the problem? The problem is our site has a native quick view button but not on our home screen. Our original ticket with secomapp was a request to have them ONLY install their code on our home page so there wouldn't be a confliction. It seemed to work. Apparently it only does in certain views which means this code was installed incorrectly and now I can't get help long enough to fix the problem. THEN their app has a massive error in the dashboard so I couldn't disable the app if I wanted to. **Original review** I am really surprised at how professional the support is for Secomapp! There was a glitch (I'm assuming an incompatibility with my theme) So I wrote them an email and I got a reply within an hour..this was late at night over the weekend. Not only did they reply fast, but my problem was solved instantly. Kudos to Secomapp! I'm glad to be using their service as I know I will be taken care of if anything else pops up! Thanks again!

This app is simply amazing! Not only do orders sync to my shopify dashboard, but my inventory is FINALLY in the right hands. I have tried inkfrog, the shopify sales channel and someone else (whom was such a bad experience I forgot their name) and none of them worked right. I constantly oversold on eBay because my inventory would not sync. It's bad enough trying to sort out inventory problems..but to also have furious customers, well it was almost enough of a headache to make us close our eBay store. Running a website is a full time job. Running eBay doesn't have to be! Nor does it have to be expensive. The ROI from using Codisto far outweighs any of the other apps! I would seriously give this app 10/10 if it would let me! Oh and thanks be to Larry for the fast reply to some questions I had!

I have mixed feelings about this app..so much so that this is the first 3 star review I've made. When the app works it does an amazing job! Here are the pros of fetchapp; -It's free unless you need to use their storage. We do not need much storage so this has been the cheapest option so far. -The app tells you if you have duplicate licenses within a single product. While most apps have this feature, I still consider this a pro. -Importing and syncing products to your website is super easy. -Customer Support has been helpful in the small number of times we have needed some assistance Now here are the cons -Removing licenses from a product is super tedious...unless you delete that product from fetchapp. -There is no option to select how many license keys are distributed per order. -Downloads are limited to 100 licenses per order. This is a HUGE issue for me. Some orders have contained as many as 1000 licenses. It is a major pain trying to remove the licenses from the app and manually send them to the customer. This was a deal breaker. -Down times for the app were more common with fetchapp than it has been with other applications we have used. -We used a custom email template to take away all of the unnecessary clutter this app comes default with. Sometimes the email template doesn't work like it's suppose to. All of the blame can't fall onto fetch app..but the preview of the template should do a better job of being consistent. Basically, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. How convenient... -This app just like every other app is designed with all digital downloads in mind. Sort of a universal fit to it. This works great for most businesses..However, if you need an app strictly for license keys (and not an actual download like a picture or music) well good luck finding one that works efficiently. So to summarize - This app may or may not fit your needs. While it isn't a bad application, it is not what we need in order to operate this business efficiently.

Hands down..the best form builder application on the market! Could not be happier with Free Form Builder!

We finally had someone sneak through, under our order limits. I sent the developers an email and got in contact with Eugene. I can honestly say, his display of professionalism is unmatched. He replied to my email right away and he offered a solution that seems to have fixed the problem. This application has saved me a ton of money! I couldn't be any happier with it! Thanks again!
