Our integration specialist Pramod was an absolute dream to work with! Orders are shipped dang near immediately and then get automatically fulfilled in our Shopify with accurate tracking information. For any issues or questions I've encountered along the way, Pramod was able to quickly handle them and help get us set up for success in the long term. 10/10 stars, and we highly recommend partnering with ShipBob for your international fulfillment needs!

We recently downloaded WebKul to set up an extended warranty platform for our customers, and it's been a great program to use so far! The staff is overseas so the meetings we schedule are early, but they've been very helpful in answering questions we had and showing us how to set up the emails customers receive, work on getting this program together and scheduling a call is very easy from the app. We get the last steps configured next week and we're very excited to get going! We love Route! Our company ships thousands of packages and they're large, expensive furniture items. Route has saved us thousands of dollars over time. We used to waste hours of employee time filing claims, lost many funds due to inaccurate claims we made by ourselves, and dealt with angry customers who didn't know how to get their items once lost. With Route, we use their provided customer friendly wording and give that to our customers who are easily able to request help, and have the claim resolved quickly through Routes website or app. Adding Route to our business has been a lifesaver! we 10/10 one hundred percent recommend!
