I am also unhappy to have the existing well functioning integration replaced with less than a week's notice. The new app is rudimentary at best. The most glaring oversight is the ability to MAP payment types to different bank accounts in Quickbooks e.g. Shopify/Paypal to name a few. I was horrified when logging in that all the rules I have carefully built have been completed wiped out. Really bad customer service.

Hi there, thank you for the feedback. Very sorry about the overall experience. We have asked our integration experts to follow up with you directly regarding your concerns, and have also escalated the issue around payment mapping to our developers. 3rd Jan 2026 I have moved both Amazon and eBay off LitCommerce as Amazon just stopped syncing and I could not get it fixed quickly enough by LitCommerece. I have kept the Etsy integration with LitCommerce due to a customisation I have with them. Every 3 months they update their software and every 3 months they overwrite my customisations which causes issues with overselling (qty) and underselling (price). The std response to a critical incident is that they will fix in 24 hours. Then it's another 24 hours and then its the weekend ... Anyway, I don't recommend using this app if you have customisations. Unfortunately, I am going to have to look at moving over the next couple of months as it's just too unreliable. ************* Until this last month - I had been extremely happy with LitCommerce. It started at the end of June 2025 (financial year end in Australia) when the ENTIRE team was away for 4 days and I had a major incident. It was eventually resolved. Then 4 days ago - I could not import from Shopify (spinning wheel) - I have been assured it would be fixed in 24 then 48 hours then ... who knows when. I also noticed that my inventory is not being sync'd from Shopify to LitCommerce as items are sold. This was reported 24 hours ago. Despite these being critical incidents - I still have no idea when this will be resolved. I am beyond disappointed. There does not seem to be any support over weekends or in office hours for Australia. I am Ok to wait up to 24 hours for a critical incident but then I really do need it fixed. ************ With the Shopify -> ebay integration falling away on 31/12/2022, I was looking around for another solution. I was interested to see that LitCommerce had an integration to Etsy as well which solved a more immediate problem. My units of measure on both platforms differed for quilting fabric - I sell in Fat Quarters 1 = 25cm on Etsy and 1 = 1 cm on Shopify. I contracted LitCommerce to do some custom integration for these products to keep my inventory in sync and then to import orders into Shopify as the correct UOM. It has been a long process - the platform is a little buggy - BUT - and this is the reason I gave 5 STARS - the support is fantastic. Yes, they may not be in my timezone (Australia), but I can leave a message for Ember in the chat and as soon as she starts - it is addressed and more importantly she is in constant contact with updates. I will let things settle down and then start the process to integrate with eBay by the end of the year. If you have patience, are prepared to test, want a low cost solution - this is the integration for you.
This app filled a hole for the last year, but after the last POS update is no longer working. I have reached out about a week ago to support and have had no response. As this is a paid app - it is disappointing. I will be cancelling this app before it renews again as why pay for something that doesn't work.

Hi Fabric Garden, We sincerely apologise for the disruption. Unfortunately our app integration was considered legacy and disabled. We believes we had until the end of March to get our changes deployed, which didn't happen. Our app integration was cancelled on March 4th and we've had to push to get our app migrated. A new app integration will be deployed on Monday. We will also be issuing a credit to all affected merchants for the month of February.
I am looking to use Shopify's own Subscriptions app. Most of my subscriptions are fixed term e.g. once a month for a year. This app doesn't have ability to put in an end date. Very basic.
Until recently, I would have given this app a 5 star rating. However, the arbitrary removal of the saved cart function to be replaced with draft orders (a different workflow) on the paid plan (US $89 a month) is a bit extreme for a small business. Really they need to reintroduce the feature else will need to look at Square POS again.

Thank you for your review and we really appreciate your feedback. I will make sure to give this information to our developer team. -Emily, Shopify Support
I am looking to replace Recharge and installed Casa Subscriptions. I was not able to get it to work and was not impressed by support - my issue was reported to development - but not fixed within timeframes promised. Nor did they communicate with me to let me know that they had an issue. Regardless of how good this app is - support is critical in the selection of any app. Note that I have moved to Seal Subscriptions and am live on this app.

When a customer came, we needed proper payment information. So, we built a complete system to manually migrate by creating contracts. We should have informed you that we're working in the background, but I have been trying to contact you since that day. I request you to re consider and make this right, and you'll have the migration done in a couple of hours, let alone days. We have migrated several customers from REcharge without any problem at all.
