We lean on this tool daily and the support is first class. The last few times I needed something custom, the support team delivered exactly what I needed.
I needed to run a report to show me the order #'s and returns processed for an event our company ran. Very simple to run the report...when I ran into one hurdle, I reached out to Customer Service and the rep was extremely helpful.
