Switched from stamped.io About 1/3'rd of the price I was paying for TWICE the features. The Customer service is a little slower but they're good, so far they've answered all my questions and fixed all my requests in a diligent manner. The app has AMAZING functionality, and is very customization. It just works! Also support is INSANELY fast to respond.

Quite literally, the BEST customer support I've EVER had anywhere period. These guys respond instantly and go out of there way to help in every way they can. The app itself is beautiful, well documented and VERY powerful... Oh, and it's fairly priced... This is making my consolidation, taxes and reporting 10000x easier.

Does variant BOGO's which is more than I can say for 99% of apps out there. However it does not work and slows your product page down to a crawl. Also has basically 0 options for customizaion. It's simply not ready to be live.

Stamped provides a good service for a good price. Their customer service is what's really exceptional. I wish they did video reviews for the mid-tier price, as when you're just starting out video is really important but you're not making enough revenue to justify the higher tiers. One of my biggest issues is how slow their integration is, and how sometimes things don't update unless they clear their DB cache or you have another review submitted. Overall I'm quite pleased. Frankly, less because of the interface (a bit clunky and outdated, hard to customize) and more because of the incredible customer service. Top notch, instant response and VERY clear and helpful.

I've heard nothing but good things about this platform, however, after attempting to use their E-mail system for a month it's by far the WORST software and WORST customer service I have experienced in my life. Not to mention incredibly underhanded tactics by their development team to make it infuriatingly difficult to manage your customers/profiles in their system! They clearly do this so that it's hard to remove contacts ... because they charge you based on the number of subscribers you have. ie) No multiple select to remove profiles. Their profile page doesn't even auto-scroll to refresh more profiles!!! You have to manually search and click 3x into someone's profile to delete it, or create a segment which is also wonky with not enough options to delete (bots). Their customer service is ABYSMAL. If you get an e-mail back at all it may take days or weeks. Then to a detailed question you will receive a single line non-sensical answer. As soon as I can find ANY alternative I'm gone. WORST platform period.
