All client data from Shopify is immediately available in Endear, enabling our team to action strategic outreach based on purchase history and previous communication. From one email/text to an individual to larger group segmented messaging - Endear has the filtering capabilities to allow us to create personalized, effective messaging at all scales. The Endear team is always there to help and hear our feedback which makes the experience all the more enjoyable.

We migrated from Zendesk to Gorgias and it went incredibly smooth. The Gorgias platform is easy to use and they provide helpful and informative customer support!
Reporting is light years ahead of Shopify's built in reports. Developers are available to build custom reports to your needs. Literally anything you can think of, they can likely build it. 9 months in and have yet to run into a wall with report requests.
