We have been using Intuitive Shipping on our B2B store with different customer tiers and shipping requirements. The app offers very flexible shipping rule configurations, allowing us to customize shipping methods based on customer segments, order conditions, and other business logic. This has been very helpful for managing our B2B shipping structure. Their support team is also responsive and helpful whenever we have configuration questions. Overall, it’s a solid solution for merchants who need more advanced shipping logic than the standard Shopify settings.

I am very satisfied with the App so far, mainly because the customer service team is excellent. Their responses are very timely, and the service is thorough. There were many CSS style adjustments that I didn’t even request, but they noticed and helped me make the changes. I am very grateful for that. Since Shopify themes update quickly, sometimes the App may have compatibility issues, which I think is completely normal. The quality of the customer service is what really matters. My customer service representative, Jonas, was very patient in listening to my requests, and they were able to resolve most of our issues within the same business day. I highly recommend this App.
