We use this app to quote thermography and instrumentation equipment to B2B buyers, and the support team is the best feature in it. Quick replies, and follow-up that is both active and clear. I have dealt with software support that treats a ticket like a message in a bottle, so this was a pleasant surprise.

I've been using this app for 3 years. I've had a few integration issues, but they were resolved within an hour thanks to a fantastic and efficient team :) I've also requested some custom features; some were implemented, others weren't, but that's to be expected. I highly recommend the apps created by BSS B2B.

Our customers often order during a busy working day, so it is important that the ordering process is fast, simple, and efficient. With the quick order feature, our B2B customers can add products much faster and place their orders without having to go through the normal product browsing process every time. This makes the app especially useful for wholesale customers who already know which products they need and want to reorder quickly. The support from BSS is also excellent. *Great support despite some missing features* We have been using BSS B2B Quotes actively in our Shopify set-up and especially want to highlight the support team — it is truly outstanding. No matter what time we contact the live chat, we receive a response almost immediately. The support staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and genuinely committed to helping. We work with many Shopify apps and therefore have a lot of experience with different support teams, but BSS support is definitely among the best we have ever experienced. The app itself works well and offers several useful features. One thing we especially appreciate is the ability to add custom fields, such as VAT numbers or internal PO numbers for customers, which is very helpful for B2B processes. That said, there is still room for improvement regarding analytics and workflow functionality for our specific needs. For example, it would be very useful to have: * a clearer list view of all quotes * visibility of the quote value directly in the overview * a history showing when a quote was sent to the customer * better reporting and analytics features overall. Additionally, it would be much more convenient if customers could convert quotes into orders themselves. Currently, this has to be done manually in the backend, which creates additional email communication and extra work. Despite these points, we are overall very satisfied — mainly because of the exceptional support. It is rare to find such a responsive and dedicated support team. Main support agents were Lux and Sammy. But also Hugo, Emma, Jeff, and Dylan.

Very simple and powerful app, with a wonderful support team, willing to adapt your app to your needs really. I have several emails with Tom and the result fits perfectly with my needs, for only $25/month compare to other apps much more expensive. This is a very versatile app with fantastic customer support. Before we started using it, our customers would email us for a quote, and it often took multiple back-and-forth emails just to get all the information we needed. Now, our customers can simply select their products and provide their shipping details, which lets us generate their quotes so much faster. I especially love the ability to adjust a product's price directly without having to create a new custom item or mess with discounts.

Great app for those looking to extend Shopify admin functionality. It adds several useful features, such as enhanced catalog viewing, quick reorder, and other tools that simplify store management. The only downside is that the app doesn't inherit the site's theme styling, so manual customization is needed to maintain visual consistency. With better design integration, it would be perfect — but overall, it's a very solid solution for boosting admin capabilities.

The B2B Portal, Quote, Net 30 by BSS is a great addition to the B2B Wholesale App. It provides a dashboard to organize Quick Orders, Re-Orders, Customer Accounts and more. It is a well thought through application for our Shopify store. It is allowing us to manage our B2B clients in a professional manner. The team at BSS has bent over backwards to help us customize our UI and follow our branding concepts and even went beyond the call of duty to help us fix some glitches that we had on our site, which had nothing to do with the BSS implementation. This app packs a lot of features, but it comes at a cost. I spent a bit of time evaluating several solutions to find the one that best fits our needs. The customer service team is nice and accommodating, but responses take a day. At least for my time zone (PST). There are a lot of features, but some basic features are placed in a higher price tier, where many other apps have them for free, or in the first price tier. Also, some of the features do not work with all themes. Their team is willing to help with installation if needed, though. Ultimately, we chose a different app, but this one is a good one. It is one of the highest priced ones, but if you're willing to spend the money, and they have the features you need, you will most likely be happy with it.

We are searching for a B2B solution to run our business and we chose BSS after a serious research on the market, their apps are quite straitforward and easy to use. Nothing is perfect we do have experienced some incompatibe issues but Jolie together with her team provided us incredible supports and most of time the issues could be solved the same day.
