We’re truly sorry for the experience you had and understand how frustrating this must have been. Earlier this year, severe wildfires in the Los Angeles area unexpectedly impacted part of our infrastructure, which temporarily affected app availability and access for some merchants. Since then, we’ve taken strong corrective measures, including migrating to a more reliable hosting provider and adding additional safeguards to improve stability and uptime.
