Only used the app for a short time, and I can already tell this is going to be a big help! I had some questions about the plans and reached out via their chat module, and they were able to answer my questions quickly! Demi was the rep I worked with, and they were great!

**DO NOT USE THIS APP/SERVICE** They use counterfeit postage and USPS will seize your shipment. EDIT: We have attempted multiple times to contact their support team, but they are completely useless and can't fix the issues.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. Please rest assured that Tapstitch does not use counterfeit postage. The “postage assessment” or “held awaiting payment” tracking notice is a known USPS system issue that has temporarily affected some international and domestic shipments. No additional payment is required, and all affected parcels are being processed and released by USPS as normal. We truly value your feedback and are working closely with our logistics partners to prevent similar tracking irregularities in the future. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to improve.
The features that you get for the cost are amazing. There are other apps that we have tried out that are 2-3 times as expensive and don't offer anything more. Their support is also fantastic. They reply quickly and are more than welcome to hear feedback and get our thoughts and ideas. P.S. You can turn off the "Powered by" message, but I recommend that you keep it on so they get the credit they deserve! "Edit": I couldn't update our review from October 19th (above), so I deleted it and left this new one. We had to contact support again about an issue we were having. It was not their fault, I just had overlooked a simple setting and it was not configured correctly. After reaching out, Bashar was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with!
A+ product and service! Whenever we've reached out for help, they have gone above and beyond for us. Other app developers, and Shopify their self, could really learn a thing or two from ShopPad!
Doesn't work. Receive error every time we try using the app to even view metafields. Error received: 500 | Server Error Hi PCBrosLLC, We have updated our Metafield Lite App so can you please uninstall it first and then re-install it? It will work fine now. This app is great for helping us get affiliate sales, and the support is absolutely amazing. Any questions or concerns we've ever had have been quickly answered or resolved very quickly!

Works great and has been helping stop a lot of fraudulent orders by blocking high-risk and repeat offenders' IP addresses. The normal user interface requires a one-at-a-time addition of IPs; however, after working with the app's support team, they helped us import CSV files to add them en masse!
