The audit and optimization seem nice, and the pricing doesn't appear too bad either. However, there's not really any means I can find of reliably communicating with the developer. I went ahead and purchased the upgraded version since there was a discount running. Unfortunately, the app is still behaving as if Shopify and the app itself don't have the payment/subscription confirmed- though they both do. I reviewed them through the app and asked a question in their FAQs (though the page rendered blank and there were no FAQs to be read). However I was not given a ticket or confirmation email for either of those methods, so I don't know if my communications are falling on deaf ears or not. I guess if I don't hear anything back tomorrow I will update my review and attempt to cancel the subscription.

I don't really generate enough revenue to go out for their Premium version, and I don't know if what they offer is necessarily worth the money. However, the free plan that is available does exactly what I need it to, and has really been a neat, fun, and eye-opening experience. Having customers submit their own pictures of the products they receive, leaving creative reviews, and being able to plaster that across your website is just freaking sweet. Additionally, the Judge.me Storefront thing they have going on is really cool. I am unsure of exactly how it all works, but I choose to view it as a review-focused marketplace where the reviews do the work of selling your store to new customers, rather than you pushing products. Overall, I highly recommend Judge.me's free plan, especially if you're just starting out like I am.

It just works, and I don't have to pay anything extra for it. It has made customer interaction a thousand times more feasible, convenient, and effective.

It says there is a free plan available, but whenever I tried to add an item to my import list, it kept trying to make select a plan to upgrade to. A free plan doesn't count as a free plan if all I can do is look at the products and cannot actually order them without upgrading. False advertising.

I was skeptical about having any extra stuff hooked up to my Shopify store because I am pretty hesitant when it comes to new technology. However, I am thoroughly impressed with these guys. I haven't used it long enough to know if it is really going to drive up my conversion rates or not, but getting everything set up was super easy on my end, even when things got complicated. One of the representatives, Reymond, helped get my recommendation boxes to not only display properly on my website so that customers can properly experience what LimeSpot has to offer, but they, and I am assuming their colleagues, went above and beyond and got the content to follow the same design layout, theme elements, and color schemes as the rest of my website, even though the theme I utilize through Shopify has specific custom CSS to make it happen. The turn around on getting everything formatted properly was less than a day, and every interaction was prompt and curtious. I look forward to seeing how this app does for my store and growth, but so far they have won me over with their service and dedication to the customer- something that is not only taken for granted, but is also very rare these days.
